STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! On October 23, I went to Jiffy Lube for a quick oil change, which was done efficiently. However, the mechanic failed to properly secure the protective undercarriage cover. While driving to Houston later that day, I heard a loud scraping sound. Unable to stop safely, I continued until I could pull over, only to find the cover dragging on the ground. I visited another Jiffy Lube location, where they confirmed the mechanic’s mistake and removed the now-damaged cover, advising me to return to the original location for a replacement. When I did, the staff dismissed my concerns, tried to blame me, and reattached the damaged cover, which predictably failed again. When I returned the next day, I faced hostility and unprofessional behavior, especially from a mechanic who was not even involved initially. The manager, Mark, promised to resolve the issue if I provided my receipt. Despite sending it the same day, I waited weeks with no resolution. Mark later claimed he never received the receipt, even though it was in our text thread. This experience was filled with dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and blatant gender discrimination. If you value your safety, time, and dignity, AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Needed an inspection done of my car. The team at my neighbor Jiffy Lube was great. They gave me status on service interval and beat it.

Reading reviews I thought I would have a great experience here but oh was I wrong. Staff was very rude and seemed annoyed that I showed up at 5:30 as they were already cleaning up even though they don’t close until 6. A side remark was made about my arrival time. I presented a coupon and was told right away it would not work even though online through their website it says it would. I was asked to get out of my car (which I never do at jiffy lube ) to come back to my seat in my car messed with and the radio channel changed ( don’t know why that was messed with for an oil change) guys were super rude and seemed like they didn’t want business. I was not given a sticker with my next oil change service information on it. Definitely not coming back to this location again.

Okay this is a tough one to write. The staff onsite are amazing. However, last week at the height of the insane heat there was zero AC. I asked about this and they said they’ve been without AC for 2 months. How a business operates without AC in the Texas summer is beyond me. I have no idea how these guys are working in this heat. Someone please pay attention and get that AC on and working. So sad 😞 for great people to be suffering in the heat like that. Oil change and customer service 👍👍 Waiting area with no AC 👎👎

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube! I stopped by for a quick car inspection, and they did not disappoint. The wait time was super short, I was in and out in no time unlike other places with 2 hour waits. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was checked thoroughly. It is so refreshing to find a place that values your time and gets the job done right. I will definitely be back for any future car needs!

I went to the Jiffy Lube on 2222 and 620 in Austin and I was simply amazed! They were friendly, professional, quick and they worked as a team! Before I knew it, they were adding the new oil! The tires’ air was already checked before I could ask them to do it. AND the car was inspected with the report on my dash! Service was excellent, excellent! Great job guys! I appreciate you! 🏆

Went to this location 3 different times all 3 times they told me they didn’t have the filter for my car, first time they told me they get shipments at a certain day so I came back that day & same thing then went back again & they told me they had just used the last one & all this happened between 9am-1pm

State inspection station that doesn't do inspections. Been here multiple times and each time they say the inspector has left for the day. Would not trust this place with anything.

When I arrived there was no rack open so the guy told me to park, leave my keys in it and go inside and they would pull it in. Not what I have ever experienced with Jiffy Lube. I have always been able to sit in my vehicle. When they pulled my truck onto the rack, they immediately began working on my truck so I went out to speak to staff to let them know I wanted synthetic oil. The guy was very rude and said just go back inside and I’ll get that from you in a minute. My reply was okay, just wanted to be sure they didn’t start the process and put regular oil in it. Also, I had a coupon that was on the Jiffy Lube website and verified that this location accepted it. When I presented it, that same guy said that one doesn’t work. The coupon clearly stated it did not expire until end of April of 2024. Went to this location merely on convenience only. Will go to the one on 620 next time.

I ALWAYS experience good service at Jiffy Lube. To tell you the truth I went to a competitor and although friendly, the shop was not very organized, and they do too much upselling. I did not return! Glad I opted to use Four Points Jiffy Lube. Those guys run a tight ship and get the job done swiftly and efficiently.

The employees here are just going through the motions and they really don’t care!! Asked for an oil change and inspection. When they went to check me out, I noticed they were only charging me for the oil change. They just blew off the inspection and weren’t going to say anything about it!! Apparently that employee left who does the inspections.

These guys Rock they had me in snd out with my truck vacuumed and smelling beautiful. Theres only one grievance that they clean there bathroom its like a fraternity house toilet us girls use bathrooms too and that one was a oh heck no lol but other than that they were by far better than any oil services ive used.
