I usually like this jiffy lube but I will not be going back… The older guy who checked me out wouldn’t let me get the cheaper oil that i ALWAYS get. He made me get the more expensive one and I feel that he did this because I am a female. I even texted my dad asking if my jeep could take the conventional oil I always get and he said yes… In the past when I got my oil changed, this same employee tried charging me $900 to get my breaks changed. I told him my dad would be fixing them for me and he seem pissed about that. I think he just wants to make money off young “dumb” females..

I do not leave reviews for anyone however my experience has to be public. This has been the only place and location I get my oil changed for many many years. On Friday 8/9 I came in for an oil change. I was surprised to find them not busy at all. The service was fast and I went on my way. I went home and parked on my driveway. Later the same day around 6pm I noticed a wet spot on the concrete driveway. I crawled underneath to look and found a steady drip coming from the oil drain plug. I could tell by looking at the angle of the plug in the pan that the person below had cross threaded the plug when it was reinserted. Too late to go back since they were already closed. I was very disappointed that they let me drive away with a consistent drip. There is no way it wasn't noticed by the person underneath and that they let me drive away. So I went back at 7:30 Saturday morning 8/10 so be first in line, they open at 8:00. The manager confirmed my suspicion and they would need to replace the oil pan. I told him I was leaving the next day for a 400 mile trip and he assured me it would be fixed that same day. So I waited in the waiting area until almost noon and left with a new aftermarket oil pan. The problem appears to have been corrected and no drips have been noticed. I then went home and spent another hour cleaning up the huge amount of new oil that leaked out onto the driveway the day before. Maybe I would feel better if they had offered me something in return for my trouble and my time spent on their incompetence. After looking back on the experience I wouldn't use a free oil change if they gave it to me. The fact that they let me drive away with such a bad leak could have caused serious engine damage if I had not noticed. Zero confidence that they will do any job correctly!

No les recomiendo este lugar a nadie, son unos ineptos. Ayer fui a cambiarle el aceite al carro y el “mecánico” al bajar el capo del auto le dejó la barrilla encima de la batería, esto casi me provoca un accidente ya que se me apagó el auto en medio de la calle porque la batería se estaba derritiendo

Absolutely not. There were four people ahead of us when we arrived for a simple inspection, they serviced those four and then three others that arrived after us. We have been sitting at this Jiffy Lube for well over an hour. The actual inspection process itself is taking well over twenty minutes, which I've NEVER seen happen before. Will never be going to this location again.

Visited this location three times to have my vehicle inspected. The last two times I was told the inspector wasn't available, as I don't live nearby found this to be too inconvenient - Will not be using Jiffy Lube again.

Absolutely terrible. Will make you wait an absurd amount of time just to tell you they're not taking anymore customers. Could've told me in the first 30 minutes. Thanks

got in quick, very friendly! They even took off my rattling heat shield around my exhaust( per my request) ☺️thanks for that! BUT!!! I do strongly feel that I did not get My full synthetic oil that I requested and paid for! I know my car very well, I usually don't take my car in for oil change until 4-6 thousand miles after my car starts giving me notice😁 that I'm ready for service work! Now I ALWAYS use FULL Synthetic ALWAYS! and never has my oil been this dirty after 2 months! I'm completely disappointed and convinced with out any doubt in my heart that I got the The full synthetic oil. This is bad business jiffy, just saying! I Even went to the extreme, and got a second opinion from a Auto mechanic, without offering to much detail, he's opinion was very similar to mine. So with all that being said I won't go back! And I will encourage others to not go as well! This is bad business and we expect to get the oil we paid for

Charged sixty dollars just to screw and unscrew the oil cap . Not to mention they took about 40 minutes. I brought my own oil and everything.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone to get there oil change done here 2hours for an oil change didn’t get a sticker for my next oil change and didn’t check my tires pressure they didn’t do what they advertised looks like bad management save yall money and headaches and go to Lube pits stop

The Jiffy Lube on Stassney is a joke. Absolutely garbage service, I was ignored no less than 4 times while standing inside waiting for help. The main guy was a rude AH. Will never take any vehicle ever again.

Amazing customer service and care from Adrian and Brian. I don’t often find myself on this side of Austin getting an oil change but I’ve been coming here for many years and it’s always been the best.
