How can this place possibly have 4-1/2 stars?!? Went in today for an oil change - November 8th. Place was deserted. Pulled in and received nothing but grief. Neither woman working there knew how to even check the oil level. Had to ask her to do it twice before she finally pulled the dipstick properly to read the oil level. Me asking multiple times to re-check the oil made her mad. Both women were argumentative and extremely rude. Neither would stop running their mouths, making the situation far worse. The manager was friendly and polite but didn't know how a crush washer was used nor did they stock replacement crush washers for drain plugs. I left and went to another Jiffy Lube. Will never go back to this location again.

I gave jiffy lube 5 stars the one in 2711 B West Anderson Lane in austin tx 78757 which has a beautiful and professional ladies works there ( Nisha and Mahalia ) they are so sweet and smart and awesome team car care . They took care of my car and checked it and replaced my old battery to new battery . Thank you so much, Nisha. You are awesome. I like jiffy lube because of those good workers who are working a great job .

Pulled up about 30 minutes before closing and have been overdue for service on my car. William was running the entire shop seemingly alone - he finished with a customer ahead of me, then did my intake, the oil change itself, and got me on my way when I was finished. Despite being clearly spread thin, he took the time to advise me on my air filters and offered replacements. Even though he was the only one there, he got me in & out in about 20 minutes. He was awesome.

I know this happens probably a lot of places but it's part of doing business. Showed up at this Jiffy Lube about 5 minutes before they were going to close. Apparently they would had already turned off everything in anticipation of leaving. If you're open till 6:00 you sure of customers till 6:00. And this is from somebody who's worked in the hospitality industry for a number of years. It's happened to me a different places I'm more than one occasion but it's not right and you lose business and they lost mine.

I’ve been to quite a few Jiffy Lube locations and this team was by far one of the most professional I’ve encountered. I felt a warmth from everyone, plus they were quick and efficient with my oil change. Would definitely return ❤️

Just popped in for an impromptu battery replacement after my car died in a nearby parking lot - Austin was so polite, quickly diagnosed the problem and immediately swapped in our new battery with warranty. We were in and out in 10 minutes and felt the price was especially fair for the service and quality of the work (I had researched what the average cost was and this was almost half the average).

They said to come back at 10 am on Saturday for an inspection. Showed up at 10 & were told they weren't doing them that the inspection guy was assigned somewhere else. Garbage service.

DO NOT go there! Terrible thing they do! The last time I went there to get engine oil changed they did not put enough engine oil. My husband happened to check the level and saw there was oil only up to the bottom of the dip strict. I was not going to leave a review but saw that it happens to someone else that made me want to speak up. Apparently, this is a regular practice they do.

I go by here from time to time to get my oil changed. Always quick efficient and nice. To name a few; Dee, Nisha, Chuck, Jay and Mala are always on point and make this the shop I want to go to. I did notice it is getting hot and the work area was too hot for me....maybe get a big fan to circulate the air out. Thanks

This jiffy lube is scam. They fill your oil to the bottom of the dip stick! But charge for an “extra quart”! What a dangerous oversight. I can’t help but feel like this was intentional because it has happened to two of my vehicles on different occasions. If I hadn’t checked my oil level I could have burned my engine! DO NO GO HERE! And if you do double check their work!! If I could rate this 0 stars I would!

Pleasant people, however, the day after my oil change I was 30 miles into a 400 mile trip when the bottom plate on my car started banging on the highway. After a frantic search for somewhere to get it fixed, I stumbled upon an independent auto place that was able to fix the problem. I’ve had my oil changed at this place for 14 years. This is the second time this has happened. Guess I can’t trust the work here and will have to go elsewhere.

I wasn’t due for an oil change but I stopped in for a State Inspection, and based on that I’m giving 5 stars. This was the fastest inspection I’ve ever had anywhere. I’ll be coming back here for the next one. 👍

You really have to hit this place at the right time. Often I have to wait in line 30-60min for an oil change. The employees are not always super enthusiastic (they just all seem pretty tired!). This one is closest to my home, but I’ll pick another from now on. I think they keep an extra bay and employee just for state inspections, so reviews about this may be better. I do really like that you can stay in your car!

Me and my fiance came here for an Oil Change. The crew there helped us out tremendously. Jay gave us knowledge on oil changes and when to get them. Derrick & Nisha helped calm our nerves with laughter since we were panicking when we arrived lol. Mama & Ophir were very calm and assisting in showing us how to do a proper oil check and when to rotate our tires. I really appreciate what you all did for us. God Bless

Their computer systems were down, for the whole day on Saturday which meant I wasted a trip to try get my inspection and oil change. I tried to call throughout the day but it continued to be broken. I ended up going to a local mechanic instead and had a much better experience

I get all my oil changes here because 1) I don't like getting out of the car, y'all got COVID 2) the service is always outstanding. Today when they didn't have my usual oil in stock they chatted with me about alternatives and then stocked me at a reasonable price (and found me a coupon!) I always have quick, knowledgeable service here. I live equidistant to another Jiffy Lube on Spicewood Springs -- BUT...I always come here! Special thanks to the fam, Jay, Mala, Nisha, and Nem -- Thank you and keep doing what you do!

Jiffy Lube Management, I am writing in to let you know that, Nisha, Jay, Nem & Mala took care of my 2019 challenger on Monday, 4th, 2024. They did an outstanding job! They were extremely courteous and helpful in completing my oil change for what I consider my second love. They kept everything clean under the hood, tires perfectly aired, and the most amazing part, they were out of stock for my oil filter and without hesitation, Jay coordinated with his team, got a hold of Auto Zone down the street, drove there himself, got the filter, and still got me out of the shop and on my way within 30 minutes. This truly is the best Jiffy Lube in town and it is because of this team that I return to this location and drop $100+ without any concern each time, knowing I'm in capable and trusting hands. Thank you again Jay & Nisha, for taking charge and really making me feel that you appreciate my time & business.
