Service guys are always very friendly and honest! I love how quickly they get you through the process of having your car maintained! I have been using Jiffy Lube for the last 20 some years and I have several vehicles registered through them.

It was a great experience , customer service was excellent. They check all the fluids , brakes , tire pressure, explain everything we ask. And the extended hours was helpful since other places closed early . Over all it was an excellent service

I continued to go to and rely on the staff at Jiffy Lube on California Ave., in Bakersfield, CA for many years now. Every single time I go, they are all always quick, professional, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. I have been taking my vehicles for service to that location for many years now. Marcus helped me this last time. As per usual, he took the time to respond and explain to me every single question that I had. I appreciate ALL of their continued consistent service. Thank you.

These guys go by the extra mile in service. Coffee pods are classic.. but when you look left and they are vacuuming and cleaning your windows, it’s a pleasant surprise. My car isn’t much to look at and I was there for an oil change. They still gave. A1 Service Thank you gentleman!

You guys need to slow down on your service, When I took in our company truck for an oil change hey forgot to reset the gauge and didn't any oil from the filter, I have oil all over my driveway and had to bring the truck back to check the oil filter and clean up the mess under my truc!

They made me feel better by answering all my questions and explaining why those changes had occurred. I traveled from Washington down to Bakersfield for the first time by myself ever. So I had concerns about why my oil pressure was registering higher than usual and it had to do with the change of heat viscosity. In other words : "Its 🔥 flamin Hot in Bakersfield!!!!"

My car engine light went on whilst driving up to California Hot Springs from LA so I pulled off the freeway and there was a Jiffy Lube right there. They got my oil changed right away and even cleaned my windows. Great helpful staff.

I love the Jiffy Lube on California and Oak.They are fast, experienced, and courteous. Everyone knows that cars are expensive to maintain, however, Jiffy Lube seems to take the modern man’s finances into consideration. Jose is the man over there! And Martin is very helpful and thanks Nick for the heads up. Love you guys.

I love the service at Jiffy lube in Bakersfield. Have used their service 3 times. I highly recommend them and don't forget to bring up their website for coupons.
