I was nervous about being able to use the voucher, but when I got here the guy at the counter was so nice and walked me through how to pull up the voucher on my app/phone! I was in and out within 20 minutes!

The guys seemed honest about the work needed to be done to my car and told me I didn't need certain things I thought I needed! My reason for the 2 star review though is that I called around getting prices for a tune up. Jiffy lube down the street told me $250 and I specifically asked what was all included. They said spark plugs and coil packs only. So when I called this specific jiffy lube, I asked for the price of a tune up and was told $225 over the phone. Once I got there I changed my mind and decided to just get the spark plugs and not the coil packs and was still charged the $225!!! I told the guy I was told that was for both over the phone and he said that was incorrect! Not only that but I was charged $50 for a filter when he told me it was $30 in person! I will not be back!

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Jiffy Lube location on Wilkens Ave. After getting a flat tire, their team came out and put on a spare for me. They went above and beyond by replacing all four of my tires with brand new ones the very same day, and at a great price! The staff was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I will definitely return to this location for any future car maintenance needs. Highly recommend their services!

Customer service is great! However I came to my dealership and was asked where I received my last service. I was told someone basically didn’t do their job correctly , and now I have to pay for it

I gave one ⭐ simple cause an standard oil change for me was only 45$ now as of 09/03/2024 03' small car was $60.00 You might as well change it own oil, Trucks standard oil change is $80.00 and up..

Went with a Groupon for an oil change. They redeemed the coupon but then refused to do the oil change as they felt the car needed to go to a dealer. They would not provide any refund for the coupon, so in the end they essentially stole $50 from me. Never coming back.

Thank you for the service. I've been using jiffy lube 2014 I've believe this time I was overcharged 179.00 is outrageous. In the last in 2023 I paid 130.00 never charged for a filter since 2014. What is going on 😊 The manager did give me a coupon 27.00 but still I think I was overcharged. I will not be going back Thank you Mercedes 2014
