This deserve less than 1 star for this. Got an oil change and transmission oil and filters done in December. Within a month later this January last week, I had transmission problems to the point that I had to sell the fk'n car. And Yes, I'm tracing this back to what happened here because I had never had a problem with oil changes at any Jiffy Lube before until I came here.

I've brought my car here a few times in past years. Always excellent service. Fast and reliable. They do try to upsell but that every shop IMO. Other then that never had an issue or problem after my oil change.

Not all jiffy lubes are the same. The customer service, efficiency and knowledge of the staff members here is unparalleled. Highly recommended

I was nervous about being able to use the voucher, but when I got here the guy at the counter was so nice and walked me through how to pull up the voucher on my app/phone! I was in and out within 20 minutes!

Jiffy Lube is the only place that I take my van to get serviced. They do a great job and I don't take her anywhere else.

The guys seemed honest about the work needed to be done to my car and told me I didn't need certain things I thought I needed! My reason for the 2 star review though is that I called around getting prices for a tune up. Jiffy lube down the street told me $250 and I specifically asked what was all included. They said spark plugs and coil packs only. So when I called this specific jiffy lube, I asked for the price of a tune up and was told $225 over the phone. Once I got there I changed my mind and decided to just get the spark plugs and not the coil packs and was still charged the $225!!! I told the guy I was told that was for both over the phone and he said that was incorrect! Not only that but I was charged $50 for a filter when he told me it was $30 in person! I will not be back!

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Jiffy Lube location on Wilkens Ave. After getting a flat tire, their team came out and put on a spare for me. They went above and beyond by replacing all four of my tires with brand new ones the very same day, and at a great price! The staff was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. I will definitely return to this location for any future car maintenance needs. Highly recommend their services!

Customer service is great! However I came to my dealership and was asked where I received my last service. I was told someone basically didn’t do their job correctly , and now I have to pay for it

I gave one ⭐ simple cause an standard oil change for me was only 45$ now as of 09/03/2024 03' small car was $60.00 You might as well change it own oil, Trucks standard oil change is $80.00 and up..
