Well i came to a jiffy lube with no one there. Was told the staff would all be back in 30 minutes. That doesnt sound like a jiffy lube. I have never been to a store with no staff. Why is it open?

My tire popped on a storm drain about 100 ft from the shop and I pulled into the lot. The owner came out and changed my tire for me. I am so grateful! Great service, kind people please go here!

DO NOT GO HERE. came here for a oil change and they told me i needed fuel injector and break fluid exchange. I needed to decline so i wouldnt be late for work. THEY MUST OF DID SOMETHING CAUSE MY CAR IS NOW NOT KEEPING SPEED AND BREAKS ARE LESS SENSITIVE .

Went to this particular jiffy site because the one I normally go to was being renovated. It was super crowded and busy. I gave them 3 stars because they signed off as doing all the check points but didn't do them. They tried to convince me to do a costly $130.00, unnecessary brake fluid change, Maybe that's why i was done way before customers there before me. They also tried ( by readings of what the computer showed) charging me the same price I've paid the last time, which was $20.00 more than I normally pay. Trust me when I was at that site , I asked why it was so much more than I usually paid? No explanation Guess what? This site refused to take my valid cupon of $15,00 off, but gave me one of $5.00 off to use. According to their explanation, this site and the last one I visited were of the same company. Lesson learned all jiffy lube prices aren't the same.

They overfilled my oil pan. My oil stick oil level was a good half inch away the marker for full. I will try going to another Jiffy Lube the next time I need an oil change.

Regular oil change. Took a little longer due to also having tires rotated. I was 1st customer there & was waited on as soon as they opened at 7:30. The service person had me move my car to the garage door & then already knew my name due to license info stored on their computer since I'd been here before. I exited my vehicle & after the service person checked my car in, I was shown to the waiting area, & the service person moved my car into the bay. They did get busy as soon as they officially opened. Five more customers came after me. All the employees were polite, helpful, & efficient. They did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. And checked my brakes for free & they honored my Jiffy Lube coupons.

I came a half hour before it closed and was sent away that they were about to close and had no customers at the time. I called corporate. Still waiting on a response from the franchise owner

I first came here about a year ago for an oil change. In and out in like 10-15 minutes, easy peasy. No issues. Came in for another oil change this past Sunday. They weren't really all that busy, but it took way longer than it should have. They finally rung me up to pay and I thought I'd be done in another few minutes. Nope. I'm watching them take a *painfully* long time to put my splash shield back on. It was another 15 minutes between paying and finally getting my car back. Only to find out as soon as I got home that they didn't put the splash shield on right. Didn't have time to go back that day, so I thought I'd drop by on the way home from work the following day. Mind you, their hours *clearly* say that they close at 6:30pm Monday through Friday. I pull up at around 6 and they immediately try to shoo me away, yelling at me that they're done for the night. Uhh...if you close at 6:30 and I show up at 6, you're *not* done for the night, thank you very much. Had to get out of my car and explain to them that *you* didn't put my engine splash shield back on correctly. They took my car in and did fix it for good in a good amount of time. I don't think I'm gonna take my car here anymore, though, because they don't seem to know what they're doing more often than not.

I went to get an oil change and also requested they look at the brakes. They said I needed new brake pads and that it would take 2 hours. After 2 hours they tell me they received the wrong part. I asked for my car back because I had plans for the day. They said it was apart and I would have to wait. I waited 3 1/2 hours and missed my trip. I was angry and thanked the tech for making miss my trip and he replied "You have new brakes, you are welcome" Wow I am never ever going there again!!!@!!

While getting an oil change, I was told that Jiffy Lube can only use synthetic oil and cost me $71.20. So when I went home I looked up the previous oil change from 5/13/23 for $47.62. Please advise when your policy changed or was I taken advantage of?
