No stars honestly! I took my vehicle in got an oil change today and less then 5 hours later there was no oil in my vehicle and my engine is completely gone !!! My car was absolutely fine before you serviced it!!! I know 2 ppl that used to work here and they both told me this location does alot of scamming and are trained to put leaks on the paperwork so if anything happens it's listed. There was NO OIL LEAK !!!! They have been sued plenty of times for this And if nothing happens I'm suing as well !!!

Got my oil changed here today with synthetic. They checked/topped all fluids, inflated my tires and reset the service reminder alert on my dash. They were fast and straight down to business. Did a great job and I'll definitely be back with our other car soon. Very convenient location for anyone living downtown.

I don’t see how this establishment received 5 stars…. it’s below a one…..on 10/28… I supposedly received an oil change, paid for the oil change and recommended amount of oil quartz, however, not even a full two months later and I have no oil in my car, NONE… NONE DRY…… I’m so upset, so tired of these mechanic thrives ripping people off, be righteous about your service. I want my money back or at least services on Jiffy Lube…. I’ll be reporting to BBB TOO

I pulled up with my old Honda and Derrick was very kind and knowledgeable to this young lady my name is Divine and he was very much so Divinely helping me! I asked for another associate that helped me before when I was in Baltimore and unfortunately that guy was fired. However, Derrick was there to assist me and I appreciate his customer service! I had to make a review even though it’s under another name bc I’m using another phone the type of attention to detail and knowledge Derrick had I was very much so pleased and appreciative for the help. It eleviates a lot of the stress for a person going though vehicle needs/problems/issues in the cold especially so I wanted to come on here and give a review because it’s important to recognize the people that help businesses stay open and with consistent repeat customers coming back! The front line is the face of the company and Derrick exceeded alll marks! I also do mystery shopping and if Jiffy Lube was being mystery shopped Derrick made sure they would have passed with flying colors! Thanks Soo much Derrick this is the young lady with the Honda CRV appreciate you! Thank you

Weird employees giving the vibe that they are doing us a favor by working. Tech advised to replace all the brake pads which was unnecessary. I replaced all 4 of them less than a year ago. They never vacuum inside the car. They never clean the windows. It is a sad thing I have been going to this location for years and every single time is the same. Sad place

If zero was an option that’s what this place would get. I was there this past November, and the person who greeted me was rude and of no assistance. I will not be going back and I recommend you avoid this establishment.

Got an oil change here, now my car smells like oil whenever I turn on my A/C. Paying more to take it to another mechanic to fix. Completely stupid.

I arrived at the location this morning at 740am. I waited in the lobby until 755am and nobody even check on me to see what services I wanted. So I left and drove to another location who assisted me as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot. I won’t be back to the Howard St location. Horrible service.

Went here to get an oil change everyone was nice and the service was fast however 2 days later I stopped at the store and my engine and battery and oil light comes. I immediately called jiffy lube was told it sounds like my belt broke however they would send someone out no one ever comes I call my normal mechanic and he said when he got my car there was only half the oil in it how can that be when I just got an oil change on the 9th. So after he did some inspection on my car and did another oil change cause he also thinks they put the wrong oil in my car it is working perfectly

Called to ensure the hours posted on Google were correct & they were open. I drove in and waited in line no more than 5 minutes before I was greeted by a representative ready to take my vehicle as he instructed me to where the waiting area was located. The waiting area was clean & had more than enough seating as more customers came in. My oil change took less than 30 minutes from the time I pulled into Jiffy Lube!

Incompetent people can’t even do a simple oil change do not take your car here!!! Got my oil changed and they didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way and for two days I was losing oil before I noticed it and when I got it fixed by someone else they wouldn’t refund their mistake
