Howard Street location for oil change

Got an oil change here, now my car smells like oil whenever I turn on my A/C. Paying more to take it to another mechanic to fix. Completely stupid.

I arrived at the location this morning at 740am. I waited in the lobby until 755am and nobody even check on me to see what services I wanted. So I left and drove to another location who assisted me as soon as I pulled up in the parking lot. I won’t be back to the Howard St location. Horrible service.

Went here to get an oil change everyone was nice and the service was fast however 2 days later I stopped at the store and my engine and battery and oil light comes. I immediately called jiffy lube was told it sounds like my belt broke however they would send someone out no one ever comes I call my normal mechanic and he said when he got my car there was only half the oil in it how can that be when I just got an oil change on the 9th. So after he did some inspection on my car and did another oil change cause he also thinks they put the wrong oil in my car it is working perfectly

Called to ensure the hours posted on Google were correct & they were open. I drove in and waited in line no more than 5 minutes before I was greeted by a representative ready to take my vehicle as he instructed me to where the waiting area was located. The waiting area was clean & had more than enough seating as more customers came in. My oil change took less than 30 minutes from the time I pulled into Jiffy Lube!

Came here to breaks done. Dropped car off a little before 10 am. Was told it would be two hours. It is now after 1 pm and I’m still sitting here waiting. Someone told it would be another 15 minutes over an hour ago! No one has said anything to me as to why the car is still on the lift?!? I have a lot of patience for many things but wasting my time without any sort of update or explanation is a problem!

I went there yesterday and the guy who waited on me name is Sedrick he’s unprofessional he talks too much.l just come there too get a oil change. Also, he smelled like a bar and this how all y’all work come too work or get off Break

Incompetent people can’t even do a simple oil change do not take your car here!!! Got my oil changed and they didn’t tighten the oil filter all the way and for two days I was losing oil before I noticed it and when I got it fixed by someone else they wouldn’t refund their mistake

They did great work here, but Jiffy Lube needs to give their staff an air conditioner or set up a fan system. It was too hot out for people to be working on cars all day without a place to go and cool down for a minute.

They’re always the best at the Howard Street location. Quick, helpful, and so affordable. They never try to upsell and they’re always straightforward about costs and what does/doesn’t need to be fixed. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Yesterday I had went to get my battery changed they couldn’t get the lug nut out of my car told me it was stripped they had me wait 2-3 hours melted the lug nut into the rim of my car now they can’t get my tire off so I have to wait for another company they told me to go to that could fix there mistake now I have to wait till Monday I still need to get around and they won’t even reimburse me with a rental stay away from this jiffy lube

I didn't get my car for 14 minutes.Past the time the computer says it was completed. I was then told that they're not superman and that's why I had to wait so long.

Quick service, but the waiting area is a disaster no AC working properly super hot. Sitting on the street was cooler than sitting in the waiting area. I hope they invent in good AC for their employees and customers.

They worked me in pretty quickly. Nothing but good things to say. Friendly, professional, timely. And the temp was over 100 degrees!
