Extremely Disappointed, stay away. Rude and ignorant staff If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My recent visit to Jiffy Lube was a disaster from start to finish. The customer service was atrocious, and the workers clearly have no idea how to treat paying customers. The guy at the front desk was the worst of them all. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and had the biggest attitude I’ve ever encountered. He made no effort to be helpful or polite—instead, he acted like I was bothering him just by being there. Rolling his eyes, snapping back at my questions, and generally making me feel unwelcome. The rest of the staff weren’t any better. They were ignorant about basic maintenance questions and acted like they couldn’t care less. I left the place furious and regretting I ever gave them my business. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Go somewhere that actually values and respects their customers! I am absolutely shocked that Jiffy Lube hasn’t done anything about this yet. It’s clear this location has a serious issue with unprofessionalism and rude employees, especially the front desk guy with his horrible attitude. Based on my experience and the stories I’ve heard from others, it seems like this behavior has been going on for a while. How can a company with such a well-known name allow this kind of treatment of its customers? It’s unbelievable that no one has stepped in to address this or hold these employees accountable. Jiffy Lube, do better, your customers deserve far more respect than this.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Jiffy Lube. The staff were rude, lazy, and completely disrespectful. I came in an hour before closing time for a simple oil change, but it was clear they had no interest in doing their jobs or treating customers with respect. They were dismissive and snappy when I asked questions, and I overheard them complaining about customers coming in for oil changes and how they could never go home on time. It was shocking to hear them openly grumble about doing their jobs, as if helping customers was an inconvenience. Their attitude made it obvious they don’t care about the company or its reputation. To make things worse, the service was slow and unprofessional, leaving me wondering why I even bothered coming in. I won’t be returning to this location and would strongly advise others to avoid it. If they can’t appreciate their customers or provide basic courtesy, they don’t deserve the business.

They are criminals. They will steal parts from your car. Stay far away!!! I was forced to file a police report against this location.

Not open on sunday's but haven't updated that in Google. They just put up a sign on the door instead of taking 5 minutes to log into Google and not waste our time.

*WARNING* Do NOT take your vehicle to this location under any circumstances. My vehicle was brought in for a tune up and this location damaged other parts to my vehicle. They promised a refund for services rendered and have not yet provided it. The mechanic Dontae presented himself as clueless and the Manager Sean did not provide any further assistance nor help.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would I came here about a week ago to get an oil change just a basic oil change they charged me $97 dollars for a 2015 Nissan Altima mind you when my dad took my car up there it was only $40 THEY GET OVER ON WOMEN DO NOT GO BY YOURSELF TAKE A MAN WITH YOU

Took hours for someone to come to greet me and see what service I wanted did not use to have that problem when it was another group of ppl there but now I know where the ones are who use to be there are will not go back to the one in Woodlawn they not friendly at all whole staff just lazy

Would give this negative stars if I could. I was refused service. Staff members especially the manager and a mechanic named Dante were horrendous. I got work done on my car at this particular location back in November, which is why I chose to come back today. They refused to work on my car because the original employees had been reassigned to another Jiffy location. When I showed the manager that the Jiffy lube warranty website states "if you are within 25 miles of the original repair location, jiffy lube is responsible for the repair", he responded, "I don't care what the website says, I'm not helping you!" DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THIS LOCATION. THEY ARE MEAN AND AWFUL AND WILL GOSSIP ABOUT YOU TO THE REST OF THE STAFF.

awful staff. Can barely converse with a customer. Get overwhelmed by like 3 cars. Was basically refused service because the guy couldn’t actually provide information. Extremely unprofessional. I will never trust my vehicle at a place where they are overwhelmed by a simple oil change. Wow pathetic.

It took 2days,,$200. More , and the problem was still there,after they couldn't do anymore,my mechanic said they replaced the wrong sensor switch,,,I really would like 1/2 my money back,,even for the stress in their verdict ,,a blown head gasket😔😬🤨

Very horrible service. Everyone was very polite but when my car went through for oil change was done very quickly. I wasn’t even sure if it was done correctly. The light in my car still telling me I need to get a oil change. My car was not vacuuming when done with oil change my windows were not clean. Those are things that comes with the oil change that was not done to my vehicle. The workers were hanging around talking had enough time to do all these things, and it was not done. I made sure to empty out my vehicle from the front seats in the back and the trunk. Just for them not to do the correct service. Never again!
