Went into this location on a Thursday morning 11/21/24 I was told that the tech would be in at 9 am to check my battery so I waited. Apparently the guy got there but no one told me that he wouldn’t be able to get to me that day until I asked someone after waiting about 40 minutes. So they basically had me sitting there wasting my valuable time. Next time I go I will be sure to call first and ask for Daryl as he has previously worked on my car and did a great job and didn’t waste my time. My point is I don’t like my time being wasted especially considering that I had to be at work. So if I would have never asked I would have probably wasted lord know how much more time there. Next time please keep your customers updated as we all live busy lives and have other things to do.

10/10 Quentin and his team are exceptional. They are a tremendous asset to Jiffy Lube. I arrived uncertain about my car's issues, and they quickly identified the problem. The service they provided went above and beyond as they thoroughly explained the issues and the best way to resolve it.This is definitely the best Jiffy Lube in Charlotte, and I will continue to return for any future car maintenance.

Mechanic told me my flat tire wasn’t patchable and that I needed to buy a set of new tires at $250 a piece + labor. I said BS, went across the street to Napa Auto and bought a patch kit for $6 and patched the tire myself. It has been two weeks and the tire is great- zero leak. Classic sleezy mechanic move. I would bet this tactic is used a lot at this location- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Quentin and his team serviced my brakes on my 2008 toyota prius. Not only were they fast but they also were incredibly transparent! Before going into the shop I actually got a service estimate and it actually ended up being even less than it said online they 100% will treat you right at this location!

I genuinely look forward to my time at Jiffy Lube. All of the gentleman at this location make me feel heard and taken care of. I also leave feeling more knowledgeable on my car's maintenance needs. Mr. Neal, Keith, and Quentin are just to name a few. I always go to them before a long car trip just to make sure I am safe to hit the road. They haven't steered me wrong yet! Very friendly and thorough each time I use their services. I have arrived twice close to closing time and they have always been thorough and friendly. I did not feel as if they were rushing me out the door.

They tried to sell me an air cleaner I did not need it and they wouldn’t even blow it out for me. I paid over $200 for an oil change. I found a coupon online for $26 that helped but I believe your oil changes are still too expensive.

I went to have my brake lights and headlights replaced. Daryl explained to me in detail what was going on with my car and he was very kind. He serviced my car in a timely manner. Everyone there was very kind and showcased great customer service. This will not be the last time I visit this particular Jiffy Lube location. Thank you all for providing great customer service!🙂
