I try my best to avoid this place because it is so expensive. Summary of the three trips I’ve been here. 1st experience: Car:Honda Civic simple oil change when it first opened easy in and out. Full synthetic oil: $100-$10 online coupon = $90+tax total. A typical oil change should be $45-$60 even with inflation prices. 2nd experiences: Mrs brought the car here paid a similar oil change price. Paid for convenience that’s fine. However, after she left for work there was a huge spill in the garage. They did not correctly reseal the oil drain cap. Thankfully she brought it to another jiffy lube near her job and they took care of it. 3rd experience: Really nice gentleman l working on the car. They helped out very quickly on the car inspection, but it needed windshield wipers and they charge $40 total for regular and $60 for their premium blades. And they brought the car out right in front which was a really nice luxury experience. 2nd experience made this place a no go, but 3rd experience was nice because no one else was here and it was very easy process. Still iffy on oil changes but the car inspection worked out fine. Also it was an extremely clean shop which is a good sign.

It was wonderful. The servicemen were friendly knowledgeable and the work was well done in a timely manner. Thank you for your services. A week ago I had my car inspected there and already have my inspection sticker back. Now to me, that’s awesome.

The older gentleman is always so polite and knowledgeable. I pulled up when the doors open and was out in no time! The area is clean and the staff is professional. I recommend this location!

DO NOT GO HERE!! We just got our brakes and rotors replaced at the dealership and this Jiffy Lube would not pass our inspection unless we bought new brakes from them. This place is predatory!!!!!!

Dillon who is the manager and Gage who is a tech there our honest people who really want to fix your car and get you on your way. Antoine is very knowledgeable on auto maintenance and will educate you on why your vehicle needs repairs. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!!!!!

Oil change and inspection. Supposed to come with filled tires, vacuumed floors, clean windows, and topped off fluids. My tires are still low, windows are dirty, and to top it off, they got oil on the inside of my car. My car now stinks and has stained floor mats. At least they were quick.

They couldn’t do a tire rotation because I don’t know if they knew how to do it or they mentioned something about not having the right lift went somewhere else

Horrible Customer service Mitchell!! He's the guy that works there. That greeted me. Customer service was horrible. Try to ask for discounts. Look at me like if I was cheap. Very arrogant, like if he was some type of boss. I told him I drive for Uber and was trying to get a discount he really looked at me like you're cheap So he says it's gonna be 117$ And He said it in a way like.Is that too much for you!! Didn't even offer to look for discounts on the website When my mileage is almost up.I'm going to get a top off.And that will be the last time I go to this location I got better service at take 5 And a lower price And just as good oil. And they will check all your vitals just as well. That's the reason why I came there. But they want to charge $5 for a top off of coolant. I get that free at take 5 Horrible horrible horrible service

I stopped by Wednesday afternoon with my Tahoe due to my fuel filler neck, the metal flap broke off, and I was unable to get fuel and was very low. Thankfully Jiffy Lube was next door. I had just left a laser tattoo removal appointment and was crying like a maniac when I went in. They prob thought I was crazy but I was in PAIN. So anyways, they were extremely nice and helpful. David came out and was able to remove the broken pieces for me so I could at least get fuel until I could get my car to the dealership to be repaired. I was so thankful and they refused to charge me. I am very thankful and hope you know your work doesn’t go unappreciated or unnoticed. I work in the automobile industry myself and know how difficult it can be especially dealing with customers who aren’t so nice. So shout out to you David and I unfortunately didn’t catch the other guys name, but he was also very kind and helpful. Thank you guys again. - Jessica R.

I wouldn't consider taking your car here for service unless you want it to be returned with oil and grease smeared all over the inside of your interior.

Great experience at this location yesterday. Mitchelle was incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave expert knowledge and advice without feeling pressured. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I always stress out getting my car serviced but felt stress free and taken care of. 10/10!

I am following up on a review my husband left a week ago. After an oil change we received at this location, my car broke down because Jiffy Lube failed to properly secure the cover of the engine air filter, allowing dirty air into the engine. This resulted in $190 in diagnostic fees from the dealership. I called Jiffy Lube to explain what happened, and the 'best' the manager could offer me was 50% off my next oil change. The owner reached out after my husband's review, asking us to contact him directly. We did so, asking for a refund of our oil change. The owner has failed to respond. I find this customer service experience unacceptable. It is also unacceptable that the technicians at Jiffy Lube are failing to ensure the safety of the vehicles they service before they send their customers back on the road. I'm still waiting for a call back from the owner about our refund.
