Yesterday September 6, 2024 I went to change the oil and today when I went out to drive, the bottom cover fell off and broke, I went back to jiffy lube on Harris boulevard and the manager got upset and didn't even want to talk to me when the one who should be mad was me. To make matters worse, he said that this cover was not necessary and that my vehicle could operate without it. It is better to wait at the dealership than to risk it in these types of places. I hope you will contact me please so that I can replace the part. Ayer 6 de septiembre 2024 fui a cambiar el aceite y hoy cuando salí a manejar, la tapadera de abajo se cayó y se desbarató, regresé a jiffy lube en Harris boulevard y el encargado se molestó y ni siquiera quería hablar conmigo cuando el que debería estar molesto soy yo. Para colmo dijo que esa tapa no era necesaria y que mi vehículo podía funcionar sin ella. Es mejor esperar en el concesionario que arriesgar en este tipo de sitios. Espero se comuniquen conmigo por favor para que me repongan la pieza.

Went to have an inspection completed. Josh the manager said the mechanic wasn't there and to come on Sunday. Sunday morning Josh wasn't there and the mechanic told me he could help me and to call in for a quote right after Josh had told me to come in to get the quote. What a waste of time. No integrity. No one keeps their word.

Avoid this location at all costs. They are unprofessional and dishonest. They do poor-quality work and won’t take responsibility for their mistakes. Definitely not a place to trust with your vehicle.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this oil change location. They broke my oil pan and instead of fixing it properly, they used silicone to cover it up and didn’t put a gasket. To cover their mistake, they wrote a comment on their records claiming I requested an oil change through the dipstick, which is completely false. They never informed me about any leaks or the improper repairs they did. When I signed their machine, they didn’t show me the comment, only asking me to sign for the work done that day. I never received a copy mentioning their cover-up comment. I reached out to David Secondi, the district manager, and requested surveillance video, but they refused to provide it and refused to fix the damage they caused to my oil pan. They simply denied responsibility. I feel incredibly scammed and disappointed. This has been the worst service experience of my life. I want justice for the damage they did to my car and the mental stress they have caused me. I urge others to be cautious when dealing with this location
