Big Mike and the team took care of me! Came to get an oil change and left with more work done for less than I thought I'd pay for just the oil change! Car drives like it's new!

Awful experience. I was told the headlights didn’t work, I was quoted a price to replace them. I told them I would replace them and come back to be reinspected. As I drove to the auto parts shop, I noticed the lights worked when the car was running. How did the mechanic not know this (guessing he did). I returned to Jiffy Lube, they said yes, they did not work, I showed them that they did work, then one said I still failed b/c the rear window tint was too dark. I told them last year an actual dealership passed the car, they said the tint would need to come off. The $140 for an oil change confirmed this to be a mistake all the way around.

BAD SERVICE. I went to check the brakes and to get new ones. As soon as I arrived, they told me what the problem was, and they started with the process. Then, he said something was wrong with the caliper, and he had to change it. When the service was done, they said that the suspension was wrong and I had to fix it ASAP, but my car didn't have any suspension problems. They broke because they were hitting the back axle with a hammer, and I don't understand why. It's supposed they have the appropriate tools to make every repeair correctly. was checking the brakes, and they changed. When I was driving back home, the back axle sounded really bad (suspension), and now I have to pay fornthis repair because of their mistake. car different and souns really bad. As I said before, they were hitting the axle to make the brake fit in, and they ruined my car'ssuspension. It's really bad service. Don't go there if you want your car runs well. It was the worst experience I've ever had!

The store manager was there and I only needed a battery check which he gladly and right away took care of. Battery was ok so did not try to sell me new battery when not needed. The place is brand new and I will go there for oil changes and anything else which may come up.
