Not as happy with this place as much as another jiffy lube I’ve gone to. The crew was friendly but interaction was cold. They don’t do anything more than what’s required. The other J.L. by Elston/addison went the extra mile to make sure the guest got more service than expected.

**Buyer Beware** I have a work vehicle managed by a fleet service. I went to this location for routine maintenance. While waiting they tell me that I have "a HUGE metal object" stuck in my tire. They don't have it in stock, but can order it and install it later. Cool, no problem. However, they proceeded to perform the tire rotation. I know for a fact if my tire was pierced they could NOT perform a tire rotation due to liability reasons. Before leaving I asked them to show me the huge piece of metal in my tire. There was something the size of a quarter in between the tread, and half the diameter of a quarter. I picked at it with my finger, and thr technician urged me not to because I'm losing tire pressure....voila I popped it out anyway with his screwdriver. Guess what happened? NOTHING! I did not need a tire, and I caution anyone to either find a different location or service provider because this location does not operate with integrity. I asked them to print me a cancelation of the tire order and all they did was give a duplicate receipt. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Fast, kind, and efficient. These guys know what they're doing, don't try to nickel and dime ya, and treat people like individuals. Clearly, they're know how to operate an extremely high traffic area and handle it with ease. Thanks for taking me so close to closing! They didn't even make me feel like a burden. I appreciate it.

Es increible como un empleado con una mala attitude puede dañar un establecimiento me refiero a Omar que tratando de preguntar acerca de un servicio que me ofreció y le comenté que en ese momento no podía se enojó y me dio la espalda dejándome hablando solo, cuando le pedí una sugerencia no me contestó, Pésimo servicio de parte de este empleado.

The next morning after getting my oil changed at Jiffy lube my truck started jerking when I came to a stop, then later that evening my check engine light came on, this is the second time that's happened after getting a oil change from Jiffy lube.

Customer services was exceptional, the staff were friendly ,polite and really care about helping the customers. Ruben Roman did an excellent job, he explained to me the parts they fixed on my car and gave me recommendations to maintain my car and good conditions. Without a doubt I recommend this place. They use their "charming" personalities to try and make it seem like you're getting a deal. Of course, they tried to take advance and say I needed things I didn't. My filters were fine. I did get the tire rotation since he said he'd take $20 off. Also had a $10 coupon. Total ended up being $10 more than it should have been. But of course Nic already left and it couldn't be fixed. Now, every time I pass, I get annoyed. I'll go back to the one by Andersonville.

I needed an oil changed and a friend of mine suggested googling one near my home which was Jiffy 1049 W. North Ave. The service was professional and informative with friendly staff. The price was the best out of 3 business I contacted. I would recommend them.

I really love this place usually is my regular place to change my car oil. First of all when you enter the place the way the employees walk to you and greet you and help you. It’s overwhelming. They are good employees and have excellent customer service particular me I love this place Anytime I go to do my oil change sometimes I’m scared to back up. I’ll go to rest. They will take initial to drive my car and reverse for me. These people are amazing. I don’t know employees over there the way they talk to you. they do the way they smile, really make you feel. I will recommend this place to my family members and my friends with hundred percent customer service.

I’ve been here many times. I’m always able to be seen right away. Staff are courteous and clearly explain my service needs and options. They also offered a bottle of water while I waited. Highly recommend.

They never screwed the skid plate back on properly after the oil change. As a result, it started hanging down on the highway catching the wind and catching on the road. I took my car to another repair shop and they confirmed it. 0 stars. $100 oil change for them to do a crappy job. Very dissapointed.

Always knowledgeable and helpful. Today they fixed an oil leak problem and didn’t charge me. This is my “go to” for oil changes and other car services they offer! Great service.
