Bullshit ass service. Left my lid to the engine filter completely open and left a part of my cabin filter off.

They use their "charming" personalities to try and make it seem like you're getting a deal. Of course, they tried to take advance and say I needed things I didn't. My filters were fine. I did get the tire rotation since he said he'd take $20 off. Also had a $10 coupon. Total ended up being $10 more than it should have been. But of course Nic already left and it couldn't be fixed. Now, every time I pass, I get annoyed. I'll go back to the one by Andersonville.

Customer services was exceptional, the staff were friendly ,polite and really care about helping the customers. Ruben Roman did an excellent job, he explained to me the parts they fixed on my car and gave me recommendations to maintain my car and good conditions. Without a doubt I recommend this place. I needed an oil changed and a friend of mine suggested googling one near my home which was Jiffy 1049 W. North Ave. The service was professional and informative with friendly staff. The price was the best out of 3 business I contacted. I would recommend them.

I really love this place usually is my regular place to change my car oil. First of all when you enter the place the way the employees walk to you and greet you and help you. It’s overwhelming. They are good employees and have excellent customer service particular me I love this place Anytime I go to do my oil change sometimes I’m scared to back up. I’ll go to rest. They will take initial to drive my car and reverse for me. These people are amazing. I don’t know employees over there the way they talk to you. they do the way they smile, really make you feel. I will recommend this place to my family members and my friends with hundred percent customer service.

They never screwed the skid plate back on properly after the oil change. As a result, it started hanging down on the highway catching the wind and catching on the road. I took my car to another repair shop and they confirmed it. 0 stars. $100 oil change for them to do a crappy job. Very dissapointed.

Stopped in for an oil change and a little while later I noticed a loud ticking with my air conditioning. Upon examination, the filter had been jammed back in recklessly and a dollar was put in there to make it make noise, presumably to have me come back and spend more money there to fix it. Rest of the service was fine, but won’t be coming back to this place.

Today I went to change the oil in my car and I told them clearly that I only wanted that service and they started doing other things to charge more, this is the second time this has happened to me, very bad service. I do not recommend it and it is very expensive, it is better to take it to the dealer. They treated me very badly and I asked for a manager and they didn't help me.
