I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube on Clybourn and Fullerton. My tire was really low and needed air ASAP, so I called ahead. The staff was friendly and told me no appointment was needed. When I arrived, they were quick and hassle-free. I usually go to Costco, but the parking lot is too chaotic and the tire center does nothing to help out its members after clearly seeing the madness outside their garage doors. Now, with Jiffy Lube just down the road and offering free tire top-offs, I’ll definitely be coming back. Thanks, guys!

My front right sleaker stopped working right after the oil change and battery check. Oil change itslef is fine

This location’s staff is very pleasant and helpful! I felt like they were honest with what work actually needed to be done on my car and were upfront about pricing.

The extra shop supplies hidden fee of $7.99 is a ripoff. This will be my last going with Jiffy Lube.

If you don’t know anything about cars don’t go here period! These guys here will try to sell you anything that your car definitely doesn’t need to rip you off with a big hefty price tag for their allegedly professional service! They was trying to force me to get services I don’t want and hold me hostage inside the store to speak with the front desk salesman even though I clearly told them what I want for my car! But I was told that I have to wait so the guy at the front desk decides for me🤔really!!I told them to wrap it up so I can leave I don’t want my service done here! Magically within two minutes, my car was pulled out and I was told the oil change has been done! To make the long story short I got ripped off by 5 guys professionally trained to lie to people and sell them service they do not need ! And I checked my oil filter after leaving the store and not shocked at all they didn’t even change my oil filter!or placed a sticker for the next service for my oil change! Stay away and go to Strickland brothers or Valvoline or pep boys Jeffy lube is a huge scam

The actual pricing is higher than they advertised on their website, since it does not include the phyiscal labor. However, service was quick and efficient.

Very friendly staff very professional too. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I always come here for my oil changes and today I changed out a filter and my tires were really low and they made them perfectly aligned.

While they completed the work very quickly, and everyone there was really friendly, my check engine light came on a few hours after my oil change. I took it back by, and they gave me an explanation that really felt like it was just meant to make me confused and leave. They said they had to reset the sensor in essence, but the check engine light has been turning off and on since. This is my second time using Jiffy Lube, the first was a different location, but also had trouble with them. So 0/2 so far with this company.
