While they completed the work very quickly, and everyone there was really friendly, my check engine light came on a few hours after my oil change. I took it back by, and they gave me an explanation that really felt like it was just meant to make me confused and leave. They said they had to reset the sensor in essence, but the check engine light has been turning off and on since. This is my second time using Jiffy Lube, the first was a different location, but also had trouble with them. So 0/2 so far with this company.

Very friendly staff very professional too. They don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I always come here for my oil changes and today I changed out a filter and my tires were really low and they made them perfectly aligned.

If you don’t know anything about cars don’t go here period! These guys here will try to sell you anything that your car definitely doesn’t need to rip you off with a big hefty price tag for their allegedly professional service! They was trying to force me to get services I don’t want and hold me hostage inside the store to speak with the front desk salesman even though I clearly told them what I want for my car! But I was told that I have to wait so the guy at the front desk decides for me🤔really!!I told them to wrap it up so I can leave I don’t want my service done here! Magically within two minutes, my car was pulled out and I was told the oil change has been done! To make the long story short I got ripped off by 5 guys professionally trained to lie to people and sell them service they do not need ! And I checked my oil filter after leaving the store and not shocked at all they didn’t even change my oil filter!or placed a sticker for the next service for my oil change! Stay away and go to Strickland brothers or Valvoline or pep boys Jeffy lube is a huge scam

The actual pricing is higher than they advertised on their website, since it does not include the phyiscal labor. However, service was quick and efficient.

This jiffy lube location is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and easy to work with. They explain pricing reasonably and always try and make a coupon or discount work!

Awesome service! Provided an oil change for me 30 min before close and even gave me 15% off. Also ran out to return the headphones I dropped while pulling away. Everyone super kind and helpful!

I was service by mechanic Victor he handle my needs gentleness kindness and above all Professional: I had no ideal what I needed. He shared and showed me what I needed done, gave Options with an over view on my situation. And completed my situation in a timely manner. I will never forget the respect he showed and gave me.

Store on Belmont was bad. Poor attitude and very crabby staff. Did not turn my light off for the oil and had to return to The Clybourn location the following day. The Clybourn location is wonderful and very accommodating. Completely different experiences.

Really impressed! Busy day, many cars - really organized staff. And when checking out, I was using an online gift card that they had to "call in". They knew the process, took care of it, and checked me out efficiently. I went in grouchy about having to go get my oil changed, but they made it easy.
