I was waiting in line next up for an oil change. They made we switch lanes for another car. Told me it would be 10-15 min. 30 min later I was still waiting and the car behind me was in the lane I was previously in and got serviced before me.

On March 12, 2024 my car was serviced for an oil change at this location. A few days later I get a small scratch on my car in a small dent on my passenger Front side by the wheel. About a month and a week later in my car went to service to have The paint job and the tiny dent out of my car. For the paint shop and the dent being taken out it took about one week. When I got my car back on April 29 and even 24 hours later. My oil light went on in my engine light certificating. I was on 55 north going onto Lakeshore Drive. My car completely stopped on Balboa Drive and Lakeshore. I immediately called the place where my car was serviced at for the paint job. Their findings was that all the oil had leaked out because the oil plug was out completely. By further inspection, they found the oil plug. I Immediately try to get a hold of somebody at this location on Ashland. It took me over a week to get a hold of Adam the service manager he had informed me this location was being remodeled. I told him about the situation and where the car was located at that point. It was exactly one month and two weeks since my car was serviced from them. I’m a rideshare driver and I put lots of miles on my car plus I get a right discount from Lyft, the manager inform me that he didn’t look at the car because I was 1000 miles over the warranty. Even though it was exactly one Month and two weeks since my car was serviced. Jiffy Lube is not taking responsibility over this. I did have a second opinion done. And all came down to that. They did not put the oil plug correctly. I’ve been trying to deal with you live for almost 3 months. And they are not taking responsibility for almost $10,000 with the damage of my car. I purchased my car back in November and I will only have my car working conditions for over five months. I’ve been paying a car note insurance on a car that you not have plus renting a car which is costing me $350 a week. I will never go to Jiffy Lube ever again. I have two lawyers I am in contact with right now to help me manage this case, but I will never go to this location or beware! During this process, I never spoke to anybody in corporate. I’ve been getting the ring around. But one month in two weeks, they should be held responsible! I’m a single mother who just got out of domestic violence relationship and I was so happy to be on my own and this is cost Financially, emotional stress! This company is still not taking responsibility of the damage that they have done to my car. I have just sent to the one that’s given to the response. It has been over three months. I just sent a second one out. I’m sending all the information to the better business! Adam, the manager at this location is completely lying about the events that took place. First it took me a few days to get a hold of Adam because at that location they were renovating. Second, I was very transparent with everything with Adam about what was going on with my car. He informed me that make a model. My car had issues with the oil. When I purchase my car, I have an extended warranty on my engine. The dealership will not cover it because of the oil plug was not put incorrectly by Jiffy Lube. When I informed Adam about this, he said because I was over the mileage and that’s all he looked at that. They are not taking responsibility. He’s not being transparent and he is the one who’s lying About other events. Collision my car was a small tiny scrapes and a small paint job had nothing to do with the engine. When I picked up my car, there was no oil leakage. I did not have my car for 24 hours. There is no oil on the ground. But I was told by the dealership I probably from driving my car for a few hours probably from the bumps loosened it up what dropped the oil out because the oil plug wasn’t incorrectly. After having my car looked at two places they’ve said the same thing. It was the oil plug not putting correctly. At this point, I have filed report with attorney General’s office and also at this point I have never gotten the exact name or the owner of that location.

I had an excellent experience with Omar, Will, and the team at Jiffy Lube! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve the issue with my car battery. After some thorough investigation, it was discovered that my car had a small auxiliary battery in addition to the main one, which was causing the problem. A young man on the team, whose name I didn’t catch, was the one who figured it out. I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and dedication. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

Satisfied. They changed the whole crew. Which was the only reason I started going back. And now, I got my transmission fluid and my oil changed, with zero issues.

My wife and I went here a couple of years ago and the service was awful and really pushy for upsells. I went today to try again since it was close by and what a difference! Two men (Victor and David?) helped get our oil changed quickly and with actual good information about what our car might also need. It felt trustworthy and I appreciate them taking the time to actually explain what needed to be done and what could honestly wait. I will be going back to this location because of their service.

There were only two cars in front of me and it took 55 minutes before I pulled my car in. I saw at least three people standing around most of that time not working. Go somewhere else

Very slow and disorganized left after thirty minutes without being helped and other cars waved ahead of me. Not a great option if you want a fast oil change, but fortunately gave me time to read the reviews and leave

Stopped in for an oil change at a time that did not appear to be busy at all. Waited 15-20 minutes in the parking lot while no one greeted me or offered to help. Promptly left after a car that arrived after me was given service while I was still waiting.

Horrible place with the worst costumer service and incompetent service men. Had an oil change on my 5 y old Lexus. As I got back in the car, a dashboard light came on indicating issues with low or problematic oil pressure. I pulled back up and the service guy didn’t know what the light indicated and asked to use my car’s maintenance manual. While he was trying to find the meaning of the light claiming first that was a low tire pressure light, I was able to google the meaning of the light. No one knew how to turn the light off, they showed me that the oil was in the oil pen. Somehow after 30 min, they figured out how to turn off the light. As soon as I got back to my car, parking sensors lights popped up on the dashboard. Dave spent an hour studying how to turn it off after I Googled the meaning of the flashing light. I was there over 1.5 with no success of turning the blinking dashboard light but he managed to turn off all of my parking assist sensors. In the whole process, a young punk with a name tag of Zachary was super disrespectful to the point that I requested he stays away from me or my car. Horrible experience, incompetent and disrespectful, pot smelling crew, disgusting! They tell you they vacuumed the car as you pay but no vacuuming was done to my car. P.S. Dear owner, thank you for replying on this forum. I would like you to explain how you are going to remedy this awful experience. Please explain on here for all to read before I contact you on your private email, so all can see. Thank you. Here is my response to the rude owner whose response reflects the exact attitude of his employees who are obviously high on pot which could be smelled on the property. I came to get on oil change and they were incompetent and Zachary was a rude punk just like you are. Based on other previous reviews, your establishment reminds incompetent and you are clueless about how to conduct business or about proper costumer service. No need to respond as I’m muting this thread. I really don’t wish you well, Karma will find you.

Got an oil change last week and it seemed great! They told me that they didn’t have the cabin air filters for my car in stock, and that I’d have to get it changed elsewhere. No problem. Now after a day/night of heavy rain, my carpet is soaked and the rubber mats have a half inch of standing water in the passenger floor well. I don’t know if they left out the filter and didn’t tell me, or put the old one in poorly, but either way my car is now taking in a LOT of water.
