Sign says they're hiring called. They are not hiring. If they can't get that correct, are you going to trust them your oil was changed, or filter changed or anything? Id not risk it.

This week, I had to get the brake pads inspected and replaced. I go to JL for oil changes and other minor repairs. So I called to find out about the time it'd take to get this checked. Ivan was super helpful and also gave me a price estimate (which I didn't request). On the day I brought the car, Luis and Abdi provided excellent service and thorough explanations for what's needed. I've taken my cars to this JL on Western & Pratt for years. They get better and better. Thank you! Gracias. Merci beaucoup.

I have to say my experience at this Jiffy Lube was so outstanding I feel an obligation to respond. Every interaction I had was impressive with how well they treat you. The are nice, smile, patient, hold the door for everyone. They are not pushy, go the extra mile to make sure you are getting all your requests met. I am certain whoever owns this location would be very proud of the employees that work here. Very impressive, indeed!

Best jiffy lube location I’ve ever been to; generous, helpful team here that go the extra mile every single time I stop in. We currently live down the street, but when we move we’ll definitely still be returning to this location for car service.

I can’t even express how much I appreciate the kindness and honesty from this crew at jiffy lube. They were always from go to for oil changes, tire rotation and changing my back brakes. However, recently I’ve had a tighter budget than I ever had and when issues for my car come up, they work with me to find affordable options. With how hard everything is these days, they genuinely care about my car safety and do what they can within my budget. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! 🥹

Exceptional Service at Jiffy Lube - 6750 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL. I had an outstanding experience at this Jiffy Lube location on August 8th. When the 'maint required' light came on in my parents' vehicle, we drove it to this shop, and I am beyond impressed with the service we received.From the moment we arrived, the manager, Luis, and his team were attentive and professional. Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately informed us that the light was on because the car needed an oil change. What truly stood out was the efficiency of the service without compromising quality.I also want to give a special shout-out to Abdi, who, despite not being a manager, showcased exceptional skills and professionalism that could easily make him fit for the role. Both Luis and Abdi went above and beyond in their communication, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were comfortable with the service being provided.The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, and the level of customer service was top-notch. They are really good whenever you want to go for a free tyre air pressure and oil fill up they do it for free but you have to be there normal oil change service

They just replaced my radiator and got me an oil change in under 3 hours. Very impressed with the manager Ivan, truly a real one and extremely professional (as was the rest of the crew). Appreciate all of the help! And so does my old Camry!

I’ve been meaning to write this review but needed time to process my experience. This particular location, and the individual who identified himself as the manager, is not a safe environment for women. I went in for an oil change, and this man upsold me on additional services without informing me of the costs upfront. I expected to pay no more than $100, but my final bill was over $300. When I expressed my shock at the price, he offered a “manager’s discount,” which felt more like a tactic to mitigate my frustration. The whole experience left me feeling very uncomfortable, and as a result, I’ve never returned to that location. On another occasion, I visited a different Jiffy Lube and saw the same manager there, which was upsetting and triggered my previous negative experience. Now, I have my husband handle our car’s oil changes, and we consistently pay under $100 with no upselling. The key takeaway from this experience for me is that as a woman, I should be able to receive transparent and fair service. Any additional costs for services should be communicated to me before work begins, not after the fact.

I wanted to give thanks to Robert, Ivan, Abdi, Victor, and Billy for the outstanding customer service. They were fast and efficient. I came in for an oil change the team worked together and got me in and out and filled all my fluids!! They were polite and pleasant, and they made me feel comfortable. They answered all of my questions and very knowledgeable about my car. I’ll definitely be back for my services!! Thanks guys!
