An unexpected suspension issue arose. I was looking for someone who could help. A friend recommended your service and spoke highly of you. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly staff member who carefully listened to my problem. Although I didn’t have a scheduled appointment, they quickly examined my car and identified the cause of the unusual noise. What was particularly pleasant for me was the honesty of your service. The technician took the car for a test drive and pointed out the specific part that needed replacement, rather than listing all the worn-out parts (the car is from 2005). In today’s world, it’s rare to encounter people who live and work by the principle: “Treat others the way you want to be treated.” Since I’ve recently moved to Chicago, it’s important for me to find honest, conscientious, and responsive people. After we agreed on the cost of the work, the technician began the disassembly. However, it turned out that the necessary part wasn’t available. They apologized and didn’t charge me for the diagnosis. They didn’t try to stretch out the process or look for ways to profit from me. Although my car wasn’t repaired, I now know what the problem is and will be able to fix it. I left with a positive impression of your service. Thank you very much.

I came in with my Chevrolet Malibu because one of my tires had low air pressure. I was in and out in like 2-3 mins and the price was reasonable highly recommend coming back again.

I just bought my first car, and checked online to see if I have to use synthetic or regular, but i was able to use both. When I went to jiffy lube they said I can only use synthetic, and I told them I wanted regular. They did it but said if anything goes wrong we’re not going to give u warrantee. A few days later my oil starts leaking. Never going back. Also bad customer service.

I took my high performance car to this location, they used a regular oil filter the gasket failed and dropped 2 qt of oil all over the engine lucky me i noticed and got me a high performance filter and synthetic oil and did it my self , never going back to them also they lost my tires cups

I have to say my experience at this Jiffy Lube was so outstanding I feel an obligation to respond. Every interaction I had was impressive with how well they treat you. The are nice, smile, patient, hold the door for everyone. They are not pushy, go the extra mile to make sure you are getting all your requests met. I am certain whoever owns this location would be very proud of the employees that work here. Very impressive, indeed!

Sign says they're hiring called. They are not hiring. If they can't get that correct, are you going to trust them your oil was changed, or filter changed or anything? Id not risk it.

This week, I had to get the brake pads inspected and replaced. I go to JL for oil changes and other minor repairs. So I called to find out about the time it'd take to get this checked. Ivan was super helpful and also gave me a price estimate (which I didn't request). On the day I brought the car, Luis and Abdi provided excellent service and thorough explanations for what's needed. I've taken my cars to this JL on Western & Pratt for years. They get better and better. Thank you! Gracias. Merci beaucoup.

I can’t even express how much I appreciate the kindness and honesty from this crew at jiffy lube. They were always from go to for oil changes, tire rotation and changing my back brakes. However, recently I’ve had a tighter budget than I ever had and when issues for my car come up, they work with me to find affordable options. With how hard everything is these days, they genuinely care about my car safety and do what they can within my budget. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!! 🥹

Exceptional Service at Jiffy Lube - 6750 N Western Ave, Chicago, IL. I had an outstanding experience at this Jiffy Lube location on August 8th. When the 'maint required' light came on in my parents' vehicle, we drove it to this shop, and I am beyond impressed with the service we received.From the moment we arrived, the manager, Luis, and his team were attentive and professional. Luis was incredibly knowledgeable and immediately informed us that the light was on because the car needed an oil change. What truly stood out was the efficiency of the service without compromising quality.I also want to give a special shout-out to Abdi, who, despite not being a manager, showcased exceptional skills and professionalism that could easily make him fit for the role. Both Luis and Abdi went above and beyond in their communication, patiently answering all of our questions and ensuring we were comfortable with the service being provided.The entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free, and the level of customer service was top-notch.
