3 months ago, I was in for an oil change. Something went wrong because I started slowly losing oil staining the streets. I went back to complain about the issue. The manager corrected whatever was wrong and the oil stop leaking. However, they didn’t replace the oil that was lost. Last week I went in for an oil change and they convinced me that I needed my radiator flushed and Lucas added. I explained to them what happened previously and was told “Don’t worry, I got you.” Well, I should’ve worried. Now, on the coldest days, my heat wouldn’t come on and my car is going dangerously to the maximum temperature. Would have given zero stars but wasn’t an option. Do Not Trust Them!!!

This the second time after 5 years I was told to leave the money in my car this location is stealing from the company I was ask if you been here before so they can pull up an old vehicle and retrieve the information from that vehicle for a print out sticker never received a oil change second new car with problems the guy with the gray eyes and the guy who been there for years… They made sure the Hispanic guy didn't see this!! This location made me uncomfortable now my engine light on and they wouldn’t take no for an answer

I'm unhappy with my visit today because the jiffy lube I went to didn't honor the $25 OFF coupon I received in the mail. The cashier told me to take it up with the corporate office and I am. I feel like it was a scam to get me in the shop, let them start the work before they told me I had to get the top of the line oil change in order to use the coupon.

I have been to different Jiffy Lube's around the city, depended on what other errands I was running at the time. And the service providers are consistent in terms of their professionalism and efficiency.

Bad service and put the same oil back in my car and I couldn't do anything about it. Plus he was yelling at me the whole time I was there. Call corporate office to complain. They said they'll return my call. Waiting to hear back

The facility is suppose to open at 8am. It’s almost 8:30am. Not good for a first time visit at this location. Even the staff are waiting for the facility to open.

Trying to patronize community business but had to pay $15 upcharged for a service other JiffyLube include at no charge. This charge appears on the receipt but isn't printed or listed anywhere in the establishment. I am told that this charge was recently initiated by the independent owner. And of course, when asked, no contact information for the owner or manager was given. I will not return to THIS location or recommend their business. I would much rather patronize Grease Monkey or another JiffyLube location then have to pay extra charges to patronize businesses in my community. Great thing I've kept many of my oil change receipts and now comparing charges and prices from varies establishments, I can conclude JiffyLube 107th Halsted have gotten more money out of me but for the last time.

I was very unhappy with the service On two occasions I had problems after getting my oil change first someone left the cap off cause me to lose oil had to pay a mechanic to replace the cap that was left off in the first. Secondly I try again to get my oil change so about 3 months ago I came has scheduled for oil change please. Now I have white smoke coming out of the tail pile cause by bad oil really more money.Sorry jiff lube on Halsted but I won't never tell anyone to go there. I can't afford to keep fixing what you guys mess up all I ask for a simple oil change

The manager was rude and told me that because I did not get my inspection to Jiffy Lube that I could not use my Uber discount for my oil change when I did not understand he raise his voice at me. I have brought people there to get services as well if you get several of my own vehicle’s service there since 2016 needless to say because of the way I was treated I will not go back there. The manager has a serious issue. Since then the General Manger gave me a call and rectified the situation and I am back a customer and I am treated very professional thank you Leroy 😊

I would like to thank Maurice for always taking care of my Jaguar XE. He always professionally gives me an educational tour on up coming maintenance. Where my antifreeze goes and how to check my oil and other fluids (i.e. antifreeze and windshield wiper fluid). I always thank him for taking the time out to answer my questions in a professional manner and educate me on what to observe on my car and how to check things. Thanks again Maurice !!!

So I would not be returning to this jiffy lube or any other jiffy lube for this matter again. They charge $15 for a skid plate removal on top of $99.95 for the oil change. I had a discount for Driving for LYFT so it took $15 off the total but overall my oil change at NISSAN the manufacturer is $75 with no discount. So what’s the point of returning to this location? I was going to get filters replaced but the $15 skid plate removal fee was absurd in my mind. I never had that charge before at any jiffy lube. You may as well put a sign up that says that extra fee on any car with a skid plate. Receipts don’t lie. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND VALVOLINE WHICH IS NOT EVEN 5 mins from this location which does not charge the skid plate fee. If they told me this before starting in the bay I would have left from the start. The workers don’t make up these prices it’s the Owners. Workers should have still stayed the fee before entry though because, mainly all newer cars have skid plates that’s common sense or just let the customer know just in case.

Waited 40 mins to be seen, while waiting they let a car go ahead of me that did not arrive u til after I had already been sitting waiting for quite some time. Then the car directly in front of me the worker decides to not o it change her oil but to repair an issue she was having with her trunk. Taking up more unnecessary time. Why are you trying to repair her trunk is this not an oil change place??? Will be going to a different location moving forward!!!!!
