The oil change was fine. I didn't appreciate the gentleman who sold me wipers. I only needed 1 wiper and ended up getting 3. He said it would be 17.99 a wiper. The front 2 cost me 27.95 each and the back 1 was $40. I was in a hurry and had to get out of there. I will only get my oil change there

Horrible service. Made me drive the car in. Omar told me to stay in the car. Like he was not interested in helping me change my light bulb. Left me unattended. I asked to leave. Went to another Jiffy Lube and they provide me with excellent service.

I had an interesting experience at this Jiffy Lube. I stopped in for a full synthetic oil change and initially spoke with the manager, a gentleman whose approach made me hesitate to proceed. He had a “take it or leave it” attitude, which, as a long-time customer of this Jiffy Lube, was a complete turn off. It made me feel like I didn’t need to purchase my service here. However, being in the neighborhood and needing to be somewhere within the hour, I felt I had no choice but to deal with it. To my surprise, when I returned, I was assisted by a young woman who completely turned the experience around. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Her outstanding attitude and customer care convinced me to move forward with the service, and I paid the regular price despite my earlier hesitation. If I owned this Jiffy Lube, I’d make her the manager she’s exactly the kind of person you’d want leading a business like this. I’ll definitely be returning, but I’ll admit: if she’s not working there, I may reconsider and go somewhere that’s more friendly.

Stopped by like I have with all my other cars. I explained I needed an oil change but it had recently been done. This was all due to a software update on the truck. Omar said I should take it to the dealer for an oil change. I expressed they would charge me $90 and he answered “ we will charge you $90 too.” I asked if there had been a price increase, he answered he didn’t make the prices. I expressed that I hadn’t asked him if he made the prices, was just caught off guard since I had been there two weeks prior and that wasn’t the case. Omar has in the past been a cool dude. Must’ve caught him on a bad day BUT that is no way to talk to customers. If you are reading this, according to Omar, his own words, you are better off going to the dealership. Way to promote your location.

Went in for an oil when I was approached by Mark. Had a great attitude and great customer service! He made me feel right at "Home" A shame he's transferring to Joliet This type of service was above and beyond. I will continue to come back to this Jiffy Lube because of Mark. Great service guys keep up the good work👏

Recently visited this location for an oil change & I couldn’t be more impressed. They completed my oil change very quickly & even filled up my tires for free—something I had been putting off for a while. lol The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, creating a relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere. As a nice bonus, they even gave me an air freshener, which was the perfect cherry on top of an already great experience. By far, this is the best Jiffy I’ve been to! Highly recommend it!
