This place is incompetent do NOT go here. They striped my bolts and couldn’t complete service. Don’t waste your time like I did.

This Jiffy Lube is our go to for regular maintenance. Recently, we have had the unfortunate need for new brakes, 2 new tires, and a new battery across 3 of our vehicles all over a 6 week time frame. The team at this location (the only location I know & trust) got us in right away each time, fixed the problem, and all at a fair price. I can’t say enough about the top notch service team here. Especially Nick and Rosie, their customer service goes above and beyond. Thank you!

Worst service ever - never recommanded. The employees are negligent. I told THE ONE WHO SCAN THE CAR to cover the seat BEFORE he drive it INSIDE THE OIL CHANGE ZONE, he back up my car within a short distance with high speed then he REALIZED TO STOP WITH HARD BREAK، causing my Mom to panic as she was in passenger seat.. He COULD'VE cause an accident hitting my car by another . I removed the seat cover and sat in the car while THEY WERE completing THE OIL CHANGE JOB , THEN I went inside to pay ... AND WITHOUT UPDATING ME THEY took the whole key CHAIN FROM INSIDE and hung it outside my car. TheN SOMONE HOP IN to THE CAR AND DROVE IT OUTSIDE THE OIL CHANGE ZONE OUTSIDE WITHOUT SEAT COVER ... WHICH I ALREADY TOLD THEM FROM THE BEGINNING THAT I NEED THEM TO COVER IT IF THEY WILL DRIVE ... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NEVER RECOMANDED.

Great team, they really went above and beyond. Was having a weird indicator light that turned on over the holiday weekend, they looked under the hood and hooked my car up to a machine to diagnose, and gave very helpful advice. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Impressed and grateful!

I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube it’s ran under very well management. As we were about to pull away with leaking oil Rose immediately looked into it and with their team provided a great service. Thank you !

I went to get an oil change from this location and they were so very nice to me. Rosa and the staff was absolutely amazing and even helped me with my broken coolant top. Not to mention, I caught a flat tire one day and they changed the tire for me even though they were about to be closed. I forget the guys name but I will never forget that experience because I am pregnant and far from home that it wouldve taken a long time for a tow truck to get to me. Im so very pleased with the kindness of the staff and would recommend this location to anyone! I will drive all the way from chicago just to have them service my car. Great job you guys and thank you so much for taking care of me.

They were very straightforward and honest. They didn’t try sell me something I didn’t need and answered my questions in a way that was easy to understand for a non car person.

First time at this jiffy lube shop and all i can say is Excellent service from the entire team there. As many other shops just lost the good service jiffy used to provide, this one still got it! Great job guys and keep it up. 👍

It was more expensive than the dealer for my E30. I paid almost $50 for labor only,I provided oil and filter.. that's ridiculous and insane ...(I didn't ask for the beginning. How much is it?) But everywhere is between $15-$20 no more. Never again....

Literally the only Jiffy Lube I'd use, this is the only location that I find treats their customers well and with respect. Rose and the rest of the team here are honest and up front about services. Nick has been great as well, the management team really leads with integrity and professionalism.

Honestly, Jiffy Lube has been getting worse... which is frightening since they're already rock bottom in this industry. This place had a line of vehicles, that were in a que, but poorly lined up. The employee told me it would be over an hour before they could start my oil change. I left and received immediate service at Lightening Lube down the street. Jiffy Lube spent decades buying their competitors, so there's very few oil change places left... then they've gone so far away from the 10 minute Lube service, and are trying to get into the mechanic service. Unfortunately they don't hire any mechanics, so your vehicle is in grave danger in their service centers. I've known friends and family over the decades that worked with Jiffy Lube, and there was horror stories daily, about stripping oil plugs, forgetting to replace oil plugs, forgetting to fill with the new oil after draining, etc... it's horrifying to think that such unskilled and untrained workers are installing brakes, and repairing engines.
