Had an oil change done in December. Not enough oil was put in my truck and now had to take it to a mechanic after engine failure. Come to find that now I have a couple burnt out solenoid from low oil pressure. An $80 oil change wound up costing me $700. Thanks for not knowing how to do your main responsibility as a quick lube place.

This is the best oil changing shop ever! I have been going here for some years now, and every workers that I have met were honest. As a woman, I am always wary of being taken advantage of, but not here. Service was fast and efficient. Thanks jiffy lube

BEWARE! They are cheating their customers! I had my last oil change at this location before I took my car in to get some work done. The mechanic said my car had no oil in it! How is that possible when I just paid $60 for an oil change?! What did I pay for then?!

Despite all the complaints on facebook from the mount greenwood community we decided to take our car here anyway. Big mistake! They changed out oil and a couple of other filters around 178k miles, but around 181k miles the car started stalling randomly. We took it to our mechanic at Car x on 101st and western. He checked the dipstick and there was little to no oil! He did the oil change and whatever oil did come out was completely black and gooey, my mechanic also noted that the oil filter had not been changed. We called to try and have the situation addressed and fixed and they refused to accept responsibility tried to blame it on an oil leak or that our car was burning oil and that’s not the case. Please beware and take action our vehicles somewhere else. They almost burned out our engine.

I was referred to this location by my uncle. Their customer service is top tier. Most jiffy lubes I’ve gone to most of the employees act as if they don’t want to be there or you’re interrupting their day, but not this location. They greet you promptly and politely and make sure you’re comfortable while waiting. I purposely bypass other locations just to come to this one. I will always be a customer

These guys are top notch, They seriously went above and beyond to help my girlfriend. We had our oil changed at a different Jiffy Lube location, And they had not properly Installed the oil filter, All the oil in her car was leaking out of it.. The manager walked over to our car, Filled it up with enough oil to get it to their location, and finished the work properly. These guys saved the day & my girlfriend's car. I have never had a problem at this location, And I've gone here several times over the years to get oil changes and fluids topped off. After having horrible service at a different location (Worth), It was refreshing to have such great service at this one!

I went here yesterday for my oil change. The service that I received was impeccable! The attendant that helped me, I think that his name was Alex, was very attentive to what my car needed, and the service was excellent and fast! I will definitely be coming back to this Jiffylube!😊👍

I usually come to this jiffy lube and never had any problems till recently. Went to get an oil change and the staff forgot to screw back my oil cap. This caused all the oil to spill out. Now I may have a potentially ruined engine due to their grieve negligence. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer be a customer. If could rate it zero stars I would. Do not come here if you care about your car.

Jiffy Lube stripped my oil plug in May at my last oil change. When I went last Saturday I was there for 2 hours and they were unable to do the oil change because of the stripped oil plug. The manager told me he knew the guy that did it and that employee has since been let go. I asked him if I should take it to my dealership to be fixed. He said no come in on Thursday and they will have the tool to complete the job. I came Thursday after work and after doctor appointments only to spend another two hours there with nothing accomplished. He asked me to come on Friday - I figured I would try a third time and I should have just gone to the dealership. After spending 2 more hours there, not only did they strip my oil plug, they kept my keys after I left, and sent me home without attaching my skid plate. When I was driving with my children on the highway it dropped and dragged for the entire ride. While the workers tried to fix it they were unable too. When I try to talk to anyone higher up I don’t hear back.

Been going to this location last few years. Always great service, courteous and the team provides honest and truthful feedback. I appreciate they offer services but are not pushy salespeople.

Very fast and helpful! I visited this Jiffy Lube for an oil change while in a rush on my way to work. They told me they could get me in and out in 15 minutes and they did! Calleb and Ray gave me great advice on fixing issues with my vehicle and the rest of the guys were also fantastic! 10/10 experience, will be sending people your way.

Great customer service. I have a warrantee on my tires, had a slow leak, he fixed it for the time being and ordered a new tire for replacement!
