The worst jiffy lube location ever, I would never recommend coming here. I came in for an oil change and ending up coming out leaking and anticoolant. They don't want to be responsible and they are liars!! Don't come here!

Do not go to this location. My experience was awful. I went in November 2024 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the technician told me they don't offer tire rotation services. I informed him that the person on the phone said they did, after waiting for 15 minutes it was confirmed they did. I pull into the bay and go to the waiting room. After 20 minutes I'm told they can't find the tire lock, so I spend 10 minutes helping him look for it. We finally give up. Note that he had emptied my glove box contents out onto the passenger's seat but didn't put anything back. In the meantime I'm told I need a new air filter, so I get one (or so I thought). After I pay and get into my car I find the tire lock in the stack of papers he pulled out of the glove box. I return to tell him I found it and ask if he can rotate my tire, he says yes, so I drive back around to drop my car a 2nd time. Once they are finished rotating the tires I go to pay and request a courtesy discount for my patience. The clerk proceeds to argue with me and the technician who assisted me "shushes" me when I attempt to speak with him. I pay and leave. Today, 2 months later, I take my car into be serviced at the dealership and they inform me there is no air filter in my car. I called this location to discuss it and the person on the phone wasn't hearing it. This is wild and unacceptable, please save yourself the headache and find a different service provider.

Please be aware of this place. Do not allow them to remove your air filters because they do not blow out the leaves that is inside and outside the vehicle. They are so worried about up selling and not seeing through the whole process All they did was replaced the air filters. And left all of the leaves debris there. If you going to provide this service, at least have a vacuum to get all the leaves

Awful. SLOW. Never again. I’ve been here twice now. It was like dejavu. Waited 45 min to get serviced. Only one person was ahead of me to begin with. Other lines are just moving seamlessly, yet I am waiting triple the time of others. No system, unfair. Don’t waste your time. Go to another one.

They took care of me right a way. I'm not from the area and needed an oil change asap. I looked up what was close to my last drop off. This location was the closest. I'm glad that being Christmas eve, this location was open and i was able to get serviced. Super cool guys, quick and easy. Thank you!

This Jiffy Lube is very slow. I sat waiting for my car to be placed in a bay for over 30 mins. Several people came to my car and inquired of the service I was looking to receive. Each time, I advised an oil change and was told “it’ll be a couple mins” while I continued to wait and wait. Once inside it took another 45 for an oil change and proper replacements. I understand peak and busy times, and in this case that should have been stated, rather than the vague description “a couple mins.” My lunch break is an hour and I spent an 1 and 15 mins in addition to my time heading back to work. There wasn’t any apology or incentive given for those of us waiting. I will not be patronizing this Jiffy Lube, although it is close. I’d rather travel far for quality service with good communication. If you’re in this area and need a service, be prepared to be waiting to be serviced in addition to the time spent on your service.

Avoid Please please do not support this location today I witnessed the manager disrespect and become extremely aggressive with a woman customer after losing her car keys then to find out they gave her keys to another customer who left the establishment she waited for 2hrs for the person to return her keys the manager disrespect the female officer that was called to scene and the young woman who had to call them I was in utter shock at the lack of professionalism , empathy for the error they made. I would hate to see anyone to have to experience this man next time he may physically attack someone please don’t give this location your business..

I came in to get an oil change at 10am today. Upon finishing they told me they had lost my car keys. An hour went past and they couldn’t find my keys. I called CPD to make a police report and the worker named LAMAR got aggressive and charged at me. He threw his phone and it shattered. When my keys returned HOURS LATER. He rushed me to pay and got upset that I was taking too long with cpd while doing my police report. The worker was so disrespectful that a sergeant had to come to the scene and intervene. They are so disrespectful at this facility. They NEVER even apologized for giving my keys to a different customer and the customer left with my keys. I can go on and on about this establishment.

So they erased my review from earlier smh I was discriminated against from my own people at this facility, I was there waiting for 15 minutes me and one more car I was next, a car pulled in with someone's skin tone different than mines and they gave her the next stall. I felt horrible I was like wow this is racism what It feels like but coming from your own race. I told a lady behind me please move so I could leave and the guy came pulling on my car saying your next, he said we had different stalls for different things now he must been in our head because neither of us talked to him to tell him what we wanted don'e. I said no I'm good. I have been going here for over 20 years I'm not contributing to this business any longer, they didn't know what I had going on, I had an important appointment. Don't go here if you have something else to do no matter what time you get there you may not be next if someone lighter than you arrives you are not going to be next. I'm outdone now I see what discrimination feels like.

A few days after driving my car using Jiffy Lube's High Mileage oil I can feel an improvement. This is a good product but the guy at the desk still needs sensitivity training.

The staff here is mostly pretty good but I have had some issues and this last one was too much. They took my car in and drained the oil and said they couldn't get my filter off and couldn't do the oil change.(I think they didn't have my oil) But THEY NEVER TOLD ME THEY DRAINED THE OIL! They just let me drive off with no oil in the car!! Never again

Arrived at 2:15pm. Did not began to get service until 2:45pm At 3:11 pm they called me up to pay, yet my vehicle was not completely finished getting just an oil change. My service technician stated 15 minutes, I did Not get a name because no one had name tags. However, 15 minutes was far fetched. At 3:17 I It was approached to notify me that my oil change had been completed, and I was shown in dip state with the oil's level and fluid color. At 3:23pm, my service was completed and I departed

I usually get my oil changed here cuz it def lasts a while and they do good work BUT they sort of “slow”. Sat there for an HOUR just for shorty to walk over to my car and convince me he “ain’t see me.” You didn’t see a big ass SUV sitting there an hour!?!! After you kept looking on my window ? Mkay. Cuz if you can’t see me sitting there in the line waiting AN HOUR then you clearly can’t see what you doing working on my car
