I went in for an oil change on a Thursday night, and even though it was busy, I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. They even reset my indicator, letting me know my oil life. Saved me from having to search on YouTube on how to do it ! And they topped me off on all fluids as well ! Will definitely be going back!

I came here and asked them for a simple oil change .. asked them for full synthetic that’s supposed to give me 5,000 miles and it only gave me 2,000 it didn’t last me they robbed me obviously cause im a girl and on top of that i got no sticker on my windshield that tells me when to take my car back it caused my car issues , they suck I don’t recommend so unprofessional…

This place is a joke, I always went for an oil change to this location but never again! I just went to get fluids topped off & an older man made a big deal about taking out air out of my over filled tires (which they did during my last oil change) & I asked to have my fluids topped off & all they did was check the oil. Unfortunately this place gets worse every time, I just left from getting an oil change & despite spending a nice amount of money on it I received incomplete service. I asked the guy to have them check my tires & nope couldn't do it, yes the staff is nice but they're very lazy & rush & cut corners. I'll definitely need to find a new oil change place, and don't get me started on their nasty bathroom Total disgrace of a business

After multiple visits to this Jiffy Lube location, I’m really disappointed on the latest visit and won’t be going back to this location or any Jiffy Lube. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. Right after a standard oil change, I started noticing oil spots showing up on my driveway. So, I decided to check things out. Turns out, there was a bunch of oil spilled all over the engine, making a mess and pooling on the engine cover. But that wasn’t the worst part. The real issue came when I found out they’d over-tightened the drain plug during the oil change. The excess torque caused a small crack in the oil pan near the threaded hole, which led to a serious oil leak. This mistake ended up costing me a huge repair bill to replace the oil pan—a fix that never should’ve been needed if the techs had just been more careful or properly trained. On top of that, I had to wash and detail the engine to make sure there was no other damage and avoid any risk of overheating or smoke when the engine got hot. That was another hassle that could’ve been totally avoided with some basic attention during the service. All in all, the lack of professionalism, poor attention to detail, and the costly repair just made this whole experience even worse. It’s clear that the technicians here lack experience and don’t have the knowledge to do even the simplest tasks properly. I’d definitely recommend finding another shop for any car service needs.

Victor was so helpful. I put my vehicle into drive and it went in reverse. Since I was down the street I immediately took it to Jiffy Lube. I recently bought this vehicle and unbeknownst to me it was out of transmission fluid and he filled it no charge! He also told me that I was due for an oil change in about a month and said he would give me $20 off at the next oil change. What was an extremely stressful start to my day turned out to be a very nice day because of his excellent customer service.

Quick and efficient. Also, very knowledgeable and communicated whether I would like the same oil instead of assumed. I don’t go anywhere else besides here. What a difference it makes after leaving with fresh oil.
