This place is a joke, I always went for an oil change to this location but never again! I just went to get fluids topped off & an older man made a big deal about taking out air out of my over filled tires (which they did during my last oil change) & I asked to have my fluids topped off & all they did was check the oil. Unfortunately this place gets worse every time, I just left from getting an oil change & despite spending a nice amount of money on it I received incomplete service. I asked the guy to have them check my tires & nope couldn't do it, yes the staff is nice but they're very lazy & rush & cut corners. I'll definitely need to find a new oil change place, and don't get me started on their nasty bathroom

After multiple visits to this Jiffy Lube location, I’m really disappointed on the latest visit and won’t be going back to this location or any Jiffy Lube. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone either. Right after a standard oil change, I started noticing oil spots showing up on my driveway. So, I decided to check things out. Turns out, there was a bunch of oil spilled all over the engine, making a mess and pooling on the engine cover. But that wasn’t the worst part. The real issue came when I found out they’d over-tightened the drain plug during the oil change. The excess torque caused a small crack in the oil pan near the threaded hole, which led to a serious oil leak. This mistake ended up costing me a huge repair bill to replace the oil pan—a fix that never should’ve been needed if the techs had just been more careful or properly trained. On top of that, I had to wash and detail the engine to make sure there was no other damage and avoid any risk of overheating or smoke when the engine got hot. That was another hassle that could’ve been totally avoided with some basic attention during the service. All in all, the lack of professionalism, poor attention to detail, and the costly repair just made this whole experience even worse. It’s clear that the technicians here lack experience and don’t have the knowledge to do even the simplest tasks properly. I’d definitely recommend finding another shop for any car service needs.

This location for years has always been the best. Quick and organized and great staff. Victor was very fast and clear. This location truly has a great team. Every single person is so polite and on top of what they are doing. Me and my spouse only come here!!

Victor was so helpful. I put my vehicle into drive and it went in reverse. Since I was down the street I immediately took it to Jiffy Lube. I recently bought this vehicle and unbeknownst to me it was out of transmission fluid and he filled it no charge! He also told me that I was due for an oil change in about a month and said he would give me $20 off at the next oil change. What was an extremely stressful start to my day turned out to be a very nice day because of his excellent customer service.

Never going back. Went in for a simple oil change and these guys spilled oil onto the engine and didn't clean it up. As I drove home my engine started smoking I went back to complain and they said the guy who poured it spilled some accidently. My question is, if he knew he spilled some why didn't he clean it then instead of me having to drive back and say something. Also, I went in between 8-10am to take advantage of the $20 discount but when they rang me up the cashier somehow forgot about the discount. I needed to remind him about their discount offer. Very incompetent staff. Next time I'm going anywhere but jiffy lube.

Quick and efficient. Also, very knowledgeable and communicated whether I would like the same oil instead of assumed. I don’t go anywhere else besides here. What a difference it makes after leaving with fresh oil.

Really fast which was great, and they had the 0W oil my Toyota takes. The guy at the register (Marco?) was great. But for some reason one of the other guys didn't give me the option of staying in my car and a different guy assumed it wasn't my car (?????) and asked way too personal questions. So it was convenient but uncomfortable.

This place just feels like a scam. I was told a price of $85.99 with a early bird deal of $20 off which is $65.99. I know in Chicago there is tax of 10 percent so I expected to pay $72. Of course the bill is $77 and I tell the manager this isn't right. All he has to say is it's tax and low and behold I get the bill after I pay and see a charge of $5.99 for "store tool supplies" lol. Are you serious? Not only is that ridiculous, but why wouldn't I be told about this before I pay?? Even though it's just $5.99, I feel like I've been scammed!

Always a pleasure to stop by the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they always are sure to ask you if you want a certain type of service. I always select the basic service and I stop in before 10:00 a.m. so that I can get my $20 discount. You can't beat that anywhere else. If you happen to read a bad review post it today from an older gentleman don't pay any attention to it he was just ticked off that he couldn't use the $20 early bird along with another coupon that he had. You just cannot double coupons. They're lower than anybody else so I'm not sure what anybody will leave a bad review.

Worst place to change oil.In May 2024 they changed oil but didn’t put everything back.Mechanics disconnected air hose to my engine and never connected back. Open/removed screws/cover protection never installed back. During my oil change today I asked them to reinstall cover /plastic protection they said no problem, but never did it. Today was my last oil change in that location. I was their customer for years but now looks like it’s new management or new owner. Newer again.
