Jiffy lube did a great job with my oil change. They also accepted my coupon for $26, and gave me an additional $4 off so I could afford to get the antifreeze topped off on my car which it desperately needed. They were friendly, fast, and professional. Thanks guys at Jiffy lube.

AWFUL SERVICE, employee by the name Agosto used Profanity on me because I ask a question concerning my vehicle. They had my car just sitting there working on a car that arrived after mine. I ask is my car supposed to be getting service? He became belingerent and began to use profanity. I told him to give me my vehicle so I can go. This employee is very unprofessional with a NASTY attitude. Never going back. 1200 S. Western in Chicago.

Glen is Amazing at Jiffy Lube, but Jiffy Lube is criminal. Glen was able to clearly assist me with the depths of the oil change I needed. I also needed a spark plug changed and that's where the Jiffy Lube train went off the track. I asked a different guy to check the car (Nissan Maxima 2012) and he returned to me with an $850 oil change and tune up🤨😳! I called my husband and brother to report the situation and get them involved. I agreed to having the oil change and refused the 3 hour labor estimate at $412 and the $400+ charge for 6 NOT 1 spark plug change, and 2 other items. Glen was extremely helpful in spelling out what was needed with thw oil pan, change and getting me on my way. But there's more. I thought I had too much oil in my car so I had it towed to the Jiffy lube on 87th & south Chicago. Only to be stopped by an employee who said they do not. Service cars off a tow truck. It doesn't say that on the website FYI, Nor does it say anything about letting the staff know what actually is wrong with the vehicle. I will NEVER use Jiffy Lube again.

I had a fantastic experience at my local Jiffy Lube! The crew was incredibly efficient and friendly, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. A special shoutout to the manager, Chan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and professionalism. His courteous demeanor and attention to detail really stood out. I’ll be back in approximately 2,000 miles. Highly recommend this location for top-notch service!

The staff was nice. My issue was they didn't do everything that I gave them a coupon for. No windshield wiper fluid, didn't ask did I want a tire rotation. And when I was leaving a employee checked my brake pads with his phone flash light. I had all these done before with the same coupons. Bad experience

DO NOT GET SERVICES EXCEPT OIL CHANGES HERE!!!!! I am sure these guys can do an oil change just fine. I came in bc i was in the neighborhood and my car was hesitating/misfiring? and I could use an oil change anyway. They recommended a spark plug change to address the misfiring and was quoted $750 for it. I tend to trust experts so I agreed and had the plugs changed. The issue wasnt fixed and so the next day I brought my car to my mechanic. My mechanic reminded me he had recently changed my spark plugs so that service wasn’t even needed and he proceeded to fix the real issue for $500. He also said $750 for a spark plug change is absurd. I called the jiffylube back to complain and they directed me to their corporate office where I filed a complaint. They said I would hear back in 3 days from the owner and I still have not heard back and its been a week. I assume the owner is MIA and happy to take my money without communicating.

Hospitality was amazing from the time i pulled up til the time i left. I appreciate all the staff but the main one; CHAN is the one who helped me he was very helpful and straightforward. Definitely a recommend people to come to you all.
