I usually never write a review but I have been taking my car for services at this jiffy lube location and the staff is amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. I’ve never had any issues and they have excellent customer service. Will continue to come here for services.

I’ve been bringing my truck to Jiffy Lube for a while now, and Caesar, Steph, Sophie, Tony, and Luis are the only ones I trust to handle it. These guys are top-notch—always professional, efficient, and never make me feel like just another customer. They’re down-to-earth, genuinely kind people, and you can tell they care about doing a good job. They go above and beyond every time. Caesar even found a sideways nail in my tire that I never would’ve noticed. I’m always in and out quickly, and I can count on them to keep my truck running smoothly. Honestly, they’re the only crew I’ll let touch my ride!

Very pleased, I usually take my car to the dealership but I just didn't have the time to sit there for an hour minimum. They were busy that day but still had my car done in about 20 mins. All the employees were very nice at this location (Cicero and Diversey). I will be coming here from now on .

fast and easy service, we typically go first thing when they open or around lunch time and they always provide great service. We had a low tread tire that they referred us to a local tire shop for and it was a quick and reasonable replacement. Didn't try to get us more than we needed, and have kept our car running smoothly.
