Great service, came here for an oil change, I am not a car person and I did not feel like they were upselling me or pushy for anything. Just good service and clear communication. The people who worked on my car were Josh, Jason, and Victor.

I’ve come here several times and always had excellent service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and while they usually offer extra services, I have never felt pressured to buy anything extra. I came in toward the end of shift for an oil change and unexpectedly needed an additional service; they stayed late to get it done, which I super appreciate.

Oscar R, Jason C, and Anthony L were all very helpful and kind during my service. Oacar R walked me through the price and all of my options and gave me a $15 coupon. They were quick and efficient. I will definitely be back!

Update: The first time I went here Carl was extremely helpful and honest. This time Victor and Oscar helped me out. They worked efficiently on my oil change and got me in and out quickly. I appreciate their skills and positive attitudes. All of them were very kind and professional. I appreciated that they weren't grumpy because I was there right as they opened.

Great service from Nathaniel and his crew. I also like how the sticker they place in your car has the mileage in which you need another oil change instead of the milage at the time of the oil change. Just less math I have to do, lol.

Most efficient location compared to Cicero’s. I was approached and helped by Joshua, one of their managers, overall their team was unmatched in comparison to Cicero’s and very knowledgeable in helping me make quick decisions. It was my second oil change, I added oil system cleaner, and a coolant top off, and it was all still done in under 10 min. They also honored and applied a $15 coupon I had for the oil type I used. I will definitely be coming back to this location 👏🏻

Great service at Jiffy Lube. They are very quick and open early. Got tire rotation, oil change, and air filters changed out. Josuah and Oscar were wonderful and also honored a 15% discount. I will continue to go back to this motor vehicle services center

Gret experience. There was 4-5 cars ahead of me and I still left in 30 min or less. Josuah came outside to go over things even though he didnt have to. Anthony and Nathaniel were fast efficient and kind. Good team! Thanks again guys!

I went here Josh and Oscar took care of me. Great customer service I will definitely be back!! I first went to the Walmart in Skokie and the gentleman who worked there was talking about me to his coworker like I wasn’t there! They lost me as a customer and Jiffy lube gained a new one. Thanks!

The location at 4400 N. Montrose was great. The manager Josh was awesome. He and the other staff members were professional, and made sure that I was taken care of. My oil light came on, even though I had just had my oil changed a week prior, they found the problem, took care of it, and I was good to go. Thanks so much for your help. If I'm close to the area again, I would definitely go back without a doubt.
