THIS JIFFY LUBE ROCKS!!! The place is comfortable, welcoming...and INCREDIBLY Friendly!!! Esteban is the Manager at this location : 4400 W. Montrose Ave. He surprised me with a Wonderful Discount that I wasn't expecting...in fact, the 'other Jiffy Lube I frequented for 5 years never gave me a such a Generous discount. Gazelle, the Greeter,, was SO WELL INFORMED, with such a Good & Positive Energy!! I Have Found My NEW Jiffy Lube!!!!!! I Adore These Peeps!!!! :-)))

I’ve already recommended this location to several friends in the area because of how fast, simple, and friendly I found the service to be for my recent oil change. I only caught a few names of the employees working that day —Josh, Esteban, Oscar— but everyone there was on their game. Great price for an oil change and for a less-than-20-minute turnaround!

My car battery died across the street from this Jiffy Lube. Nathan and his team went above and beyond just to get my car across the street and into their shop. From there, he took care of my battery issues quickly, he found and fixed a few other things that needed attention, and they got me on my way. I'm so grateful to Nathan and his team. They really came through for me today and have definitely earned my future business.

The team here is efficient and thorough. Came in for an oil change and they (as usual) described all the other potential services my car could be due for, but they weren't pushy. Josh and his team were friendly, conscientious and they did a great job. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Will be back.

I’ve had my oil changed here about three times and I’ll be coming back for anything else! The team at this location is extremely friendly and helpful. They will help you out in any way they can and if you have any questions, ask away! Nathan was very kind in helping me understand where I can take my vehicle to be maintenance if they don’t offer the specific service and Giselle was wonderful in helping me understand when I should get things changed out! I highly recommend this shop for anyone who wants to take care of their vehicle but doesn’t know many reliable places to take it to.

Came here for an oil change and the self-proclaimed “manager” came out after 15 minutes to tell me they could not service my vehicle because it had a trailer attached. I informed him that I’ve had no issues in the past with other Jiffy Lube locations. He then said that’s Jiffy’s policy and his policy, as the general manager. I said ok and left the premises. I am now at another Jiffy Lube location, and guess what, they’re changing my vehicle’s oil and there is no issue with the trailer. 🧐 The biggest issue I had was the prepotent demeanor. He could have thought outside the box and asked me to separate the trailer.

I feel cheated. I first received a quote online from JiffyLube with my specific card details for a simple oil service. The prices were consistent with other service providers like Valvoline (which I have used over the years) so I decided to give Jiffy a shot. I wanted conventional oil which I always use for my car (because it's barely driven). When I showed up they went up to the highest full-synthetic category despite me telling them I wanted conventional. But even for the full-synthetic the online quote said $90 whereas they quoted me more than $140 in the shop. All in all I was over-charged by about $100. Their reason for refusing to put in conventional was absolutely BS because not only other shops have put in conventional in my car, the user manual oil specifics cites no issues with conventional oil. The quality of service provided has been ok so far (haven't found any issues yet) and the service was pretty fast and smooth. But this ripoff left a very sour taste.

I was very impressed with my first visit to Jiffy Lube. The oil change was efficient, and the customer service was top-notch. The manager was especially helpful, highlighting specific maintenance needs for my car. I'll definitely be back!

I showed up 30 min before the NYE shift was getting ready to close, and they still assisted me by quickly servicing my vehicle for a signature oil change. They educated me on a few things, topped my fluids off, and had me out of there in 15 minutes. I was assisted by Josh and his team, I wish I remember all their names because everyone was a huge help.

My car was serviced today by Nathan & Josuah. They gave me excellent service which was snappy and helpful.
