I go to Jiffy Luke for my signature oil changes. I've been going for years. I love that they top off your fluids in between oil changes and check tires and if they see something that may be an issue they will let you know.

I went there today on Veterans Day and received Great service, and half on full synthetic lube. Brandon the manager was very Nice and professional!

DO NOT GO HERE. We rolled in for a standard oil change on Monday 10/7/24. It cost $80 and our van was smoking, dumping oil and shutting down by the time we got it home (just a couple miles drive). The tow driver and repairman both said it had no oil, no filter and no cap on the bottom. The Jiffy Lube manager had promised to call me back that day and never did. Anyone who got good service simply got lucky. Within a week I ran into TWO other people who had issues from this Jiffy Lube on Glenway. Explains why it is always empty. I will never go there again.

The same company sends you discount coupons to your email and then tells you that they cannot accept it... that they accept the coupon for conventional oil when the oil change that you are asking them to do and which is supposedly the one they change is full synthetic oil.

Actually the oil changes cost in Jiffy seems high compairing to the walmart.

Service was smooth and efficient. My oil is like OW-16 and many locations don’t carry this. I wish more did. The staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. I drive about 5000 miles a month so I see them once a month. The best thing is they drain the oil out still and don’t pump it out like the other guys. I just prefer this method so I switched to them for this reason.

The new manager on Glenway seems to know a lot about mechanics. Plus he stayed after hours to pick up a new air filter for us. We are the ones with the lincoln MKZ. My husband called in with transmission questions and got some helpful information.
