I just recently left the company who had done my oil changes for years because service has gone down hill. Best overall experience getting my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and made a returning customer out of me!!

Came in an hour after opening and was in and out in 25 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. I was even told about other fluids being slightly low and they topped them off for me as well. The team worked fast and efficiently to get me back to work on time. They will have my business in the future!

Our first time at Eastgate Jiffy Lube was excellent. John and his team took care of our oil change and tire rotation in about 25 minutes total! He also informed us our brakes needed pads soon and offered to give us a quote. He was not pushy about anything and made us feel welcome. It is hard to find great customer service like we experienced at this location. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I'm already planning on coming back for the brake repair. Thanks to John S. and his excellent team!

The staff at the Eastgate jiffy lube is amazing. I continue to take my vehicle and my family's vehicle there. I do this because they show me customer loyalty and I'm always satisfied with the professional work that is done. I value God my family therefore , choosing jiffy lube gives me at ease and protection on the road. The city is doing a lot of road construction and it's hard for people to get in and out. I visited the Jiffy Lube on Glenn Estee Williamsville Road in Cincinnati today. I was extremely happy with the exceptional service I received! From the moment I drove into the building, the staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. My oil change was completed quickly and efficiently. Not only did they top off all of my fluids, they added air to my tires and vacuumed out the inside of my vehicle. I left there today feeling very confident that I was getting a high-quality service. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube in Eastgate to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy car maintenance. I’m gladly giving them five stars and I will definitely be back!

Crew of two hard working guys. Got the job done quickly and efficiently. The manager appeared to be training the other crew member during the process, not to the detriment to the overall service though. Never tried to upsell any additional unwanted services too, this particular Jiffy Lube is stealing with a road closing on route 32 toward Batavia that is has to be impacting their business. I kind of felt bad for them fairly certain. I will go back there for my next oil change.

Wasn't a wait so they pulled me right in and since I brought my own oil and oil filter they had me in and out in less than 10 mins and the rate was decent for them to just do the oil change using oil I brought

Great service, great staff. They always take care of our vehicles and let us know if we have anything needing repair. They’ll replace your windshield wipers for you too. And much more. They’ll top off your oil free if you have a car that burns oil like we do, lol.

So overdue. These guys always make a point to make sure you're taken care of, they'll chat if you want or ignore you entirely if that's you. I've had oil changes on 3 vehicles exclusively at this location and have had air filters suggested twice, if you're familiar with this, you know that means they're fastidiously honest and I needed 2 air filters. It's never loud or stinky and, particularly now, not busy. Go in through Chipotle, the intersection is mangled.
