I really appreciate the service received from Danny & Kirt this past weekend. I drove from Maryland to Kentucky and felt it wise to get an oil change and tire rotation (in MD) before getting on the road. Not before I left the state did I feel that my car was rattling, almost vibrating upon reaching 70mph. Though I stopped in PA for a couple of days and called a Jiffy Lube in the area, I was not met with the same commitment to solving the issue as when I spoke with Danny. I knew that I would be passing through Cincinnati to return home and figured I'd give the only Jiffy Lube open late on a Sunday a call. Not only was Danny warm on the phone and in person, but he and Kirt effortlessly diagnosed and resolved the problem at no additional cost. I felt the difference in my car as soon as I reached the highway. Thank you guys, again!
