Edited review. I've changed my review to 1 star. I was willing to let the fact that I had to ask them to put my cabin air filter back in place when they were "finished", but then yesterday, my wife noticed that the skid plate was hanging from my truck. Pulled into a different Jiffy Lube place, and luckily, the bolts were still on the plate, but we're never properly attached to the underside of the truck. Makes me wonder if they properly changed the oil and fit a new filter in place. They did let me sit in my truck while they worked, which was convenient.

Came in to get my headlights changed because I had one out. Tech (didn't get his name) just secured the connection and the light came on, and sent me on my way.

Used Jeffy Lube for my state automotive inspection. Normally they try to oversell products or services. That was not the case this time which I was very appreciative of.

Messed up my vehicle. I spent 4 hours at another Jiffy Lube location while they tried to fix it. Went to this location to speak to the manager that wouldn’t own up to the mistake.Spoke to district manager, who also told me it was this location’s mistake. it’s been charged to this store anyways. I wouldn’t let them touch your vehicle.

They did an amazing job fixing my brakes and shocks and they stay past their shift to help me fix it. I'm very thankful they always go above and beyond to help their customers.They are also very honest and tell you what exactly what you car needs

If you need an oil change or inspection, do yourself a favor and go to take 5 instead. Jiffy lube failed my vehicle for a brake warning light on my dash that is caused by a bad diode on the gauge cluster. My brake system and all lights function as they are supposed to. Took my vehicle to take 5, and left 10 minutes later with my vehicle passing inspection. Maybe the techs at JL are doing the job they are supposed to, but that doesn't change the fact that I went 5 min down the road and got the job done. Side note: the male tech was noticeably annoyed from the moment I arrived that he had to get up. The employee with the pink hair was genuinely friendly, and it seemed like she was trying to make up for the other's bad attitude. The 3rd employee, who failed my vehicle, was professional and polite, even though I believe she is doing her company a disservice.

The manager on duty (her name is Q) and her staff went over and beyond to help us with our filter that was leaking Diesel on our F-250 pickup. We are very grateful for their speedy service and repairs to get us back on our trip. Thank you Q for all of your help.

I give them one star, because I can't give them NO STARS. My truck didn't pass inspection due to squeaky steering linkage. Told me the steering was worn out and needed new parts. Trying to get more mechanic business. Avoid this location, they will tell you you need work that you don't.

After them already ruining the interior of my vehicle and giving me two free oil changes that I've never used -- I decided against my better judgment to give this place another chance. I explained to the person over the phone that my father had passed, and I needed a tune up with all of the traveling I would be doing. He explained the price, I agreed, and told him what time I would drop off the vehicle. After nearly 15 minutes waiting in the waiting room with not a single person assisting me, I was told that they "forgot" I was coming by, and then gave the most insecure "I'll try to get this done for you" that I've ever heard. It makes me feel extremely uncomfortable that they are allowing people who don't feel comfortable working on the engine of a car. In addition to this, despite it saying no where on the coupon I had, I was told that I couldn't use it, due to supplying my own OEM BMW licensed parts. So in conclusion, I never got my two free oil changes, and they're letting people work on engines who are telling customers that they don't feel comfortable. Overall it's a bad situation, and I couldn't recommend this place at all. A franchise like Jiffy Lube should feel friendly, not predatory.

They left the lid off my air filter as well as a double gasket on the plug. Overall bad workmanship, most certainly not worth the price. I highly recommend you do not visit this establishment.

Walk in?Three hour wait for a “Jiffy” oil change. Figured I would try the web site to book ahead this time. Compulsory process that requires your VIN?! Outrageous. Stick to Wolf Creek Care Center on Rock Prairie. Drive right in and get your oil change.
