I just got some top notch good customer service from Quadir and another young gentleman working today. They were very polite and professional, they upsold items, They were in uniform, They had a clean lobby and it was nice to see two young men running that establishment so well to where I was able to enjoy a conversation with another customer in the lobby while they took care of our vehicles.

I had an issue with an oil change at a different Jiffy Lube shop, and had my vehicle towed to this shop. They fixed the problem and covered the cost. I cant recommend them enough!

The employees were friendly enough but there was a bit too much confusion around whether or not I got my oil, there was a little trash talked about another potential customer (who left) not being happy with the price, a gentleman not only dropped some things out of my not very full glove box onto the floor, including napkins, which I can't use anymore, but he also seemingly didn't get it back on properly after attempting to check my cabin filter and now I have to fix that. He also left a used rag inside. Taking my payment also took a while and I prefer the days of waiting in the lobby instead of being stuck in my car for 30 minutes. Jiffy Lube used to vacuum the car and wipe the windshield but not anymore. Not the worst service I've ever had but there's definitely room for improvement.

They took the time to check everything i asked for for my upcoming trip. Made sure that they put in the correct amount of oil for aftermarket additions to my jeep. The attention to detail and customer service was amazing. I will be back.
