Great experience! Excellent customer service from the start. I came in for an oil change. This was my first time there and I wasn’t sure how to pull up. Brina walked right up to me and was very friendly in directing me where to go. Every step of the process was professional and timely. Brina and the service writer explained things plainly to me, and even showed me the work completed. I will be back. As a female, I feel this is a wonderful place to bring my car. It is not intimidating in the least. I left feeling great about my car being taken care of.

This Jiffy Lube team worked with the efficiency of a Formula One Pit crew! I was so impressed with their personable customer relations, and with the way they communicated to me exactly what they did to service my vehicle. It was a pleasure to see everyone on the team working so harmoniously and respectfully with each other. My car was serviced in minimum time and I left feeling confident they had done a top-notch job! Outstanding experience, and I will return to this location every time I need servicing.

Came in for an oil change after driving it all over the country and thinking it had been 5k miles (didn’t get a “mileage till next oil change” from previous oil change). The wise professionals at Jiffy Lube took a look at my oil before they started the oil change and let me know it was very clean, and that I might need to take a look at the oil change mileage, turns out I was about 2K miles early on my estimate and had my miles tallied incorrectly, told me I should come in after another 2k miles on the road because they didn’t want me to waste my money. They even refilled my washer fluid for no charge. Saved me $100, were extremely polite and informative, will be back when I actually need the oil changed.
