My engine was overheating, I'm stressing and my mechanic couldn't get me in for a week. Jiffy Lube invited me to in take a look at my car. They fixed me up for less than they quoted me and they got me rolling same day. The staff was super nice and the big boss personally got my vehicle together ❤️ 🙌 👌🏾 Thank you Jiffy Lube for saving the day. Not all heros wear capes. Some wear Jiffy Lube shirts.

Bad service. They never tell me about the price until they started work, when i mentioned its expensive the guy replied " This is jiffy Lube" And he was so mad because i don't want ro do service there.

I came there with the problem of cooling. But unfortunately it was not fixed. My car's AC has a problem which could not be fixed there.

I had slow leak in my right Front tire and I asked them what they check and see if it was a nail in the tire the attendant told me that he checked the tire and there was no nail in it. But the next day I looked at my tire was low again so I’ll happen to look for myself and there was a nail in my tire I don’t think they attended at the Jiffy Lube on 161 really check my tire at all they just told me yes and that was it.Also on one other occasion I brought my car in for a break check my girls car in for a break check she thought the brakes were rubbing and make it a sound the tenant there tell me that the brakes were fine and there was no sound that he could hear I took the car to another place and he took the wheel off and looked and it was almost grinding metal to metal the people at the Jiffy Lube on 161 and Beechcroft Avenue does not check your car properly they like to say yes and let you go on your way the best thing they can do at this Jiffy Lube is change your oil anything else I would not recommend

These guys saved my stupid car! I knew I needed an oil change and filters replaced, but when I got there my car was over heating and stalled so they started looking over things and showed me the coolant had gone already and that I definitely needed my radiator refilled. I was also shown how badly my valve cover was leaking which needed replaced and new spark plugs. Erick was awesome at helping me out with everything and afterwards my car was working. This was all last minute and those guys are amazing!
