I have always gotten good service at Jiffy Lube. This particular time I got there at 8:00 am, right when it opened so I could get in and out. I was the only person for at least 20 minutes, but yet it took a hour and 20 minutes for an oil change and to plug a tire that had a nail in it. The sloths in Costa Rica move faster than they do. You might want to change the word ‘Jiffy’ in the name.

The Jiffy Lube located at Sullivan & Georgesville is full of friendly people. I came to the store to check a tire and left satisfied and smiling. I will be recommending them highly. Had an oil change done. The next day my dad just happened to take a look at my car and noticed that they left the old oil filter on. Didn't change the air filter. This is not a place I would go ever again

They advertise prices that do not include "shop supplies" for $5.99 or "labor" for $20.52. Expected to pay $85.99 + tax, minus a $26 discount for a coupon I had. Ended up paying $70.48. Deceptive pricing practices. Get the bottom line amount before you let them work on your car.
