Amazing reception with friendly people. I did oil change today after being there yesterday. They give honest advice on what should be done. I love the estimate cost they give for one to plan ahead. Next vist is plug change. Good job

Really fast, really efficient! I tried a couple of other places before driving up to this location and within a couple of minutes they were already ontop of things and taking care of business. The manager there was super helpful and did a fantastic job at ensuring I was well taken care of and made aware of everything they were doing. He even made sure to show me the caps were back on and tight then ensured I didn't have anymore questions before I took off. It was a really good experience and was very refreshing compared to some other places I've gone to in the past.

Went in for a standard oil this morning and found out the pervious company that did my oil change torqued my bolt on to tight. That caused a hole in my oil pan when removing it to do the oil change. They were absolute great! They located a new oil pan so it could be replaced and installed it in less than 4 hrs. Really thankful for the staff getting this done so we could head home to get married!

We have been at this location before it was Jiffy Lube for the longest time and my husband still goes for more than 10 years and I stopped for a year since it is way too far from our house so I went to a different place but I was disappointed to the other place of their service so , yesterday I went back to this place now Jiffy Lube. A Hispanic guy approached me and asked what I needed so I told him oil change so he did my oil change with another guy, he was being polite. He told me he was going to check everything , so I just found out my transmission fluid was turning really dark and I needed to changed it and also my filter for the heater and air conditioning so I did let them changed it as well, and they did such a great job. If it wasn’t for them checking everything in my car I wouldn’t find out that I needed to change my transmission fluid and the air filter. I like them being very thorough.The last place I went to they told the same thing that they would check everything but never told me about my transmission fluid to be replace and the filter at all. So I highly recommend this place. They’re amazing and worth every $$$$. Thanks a lot for the job well done.

Thanks to everyone at the 2355 S. Federal Jiffy Lube. This is where I usually get the oil changed. Everyone is always very nice, professional, and they get the job done quickly and correctly.

This morning I went in for the free Veterans Day oil change and was greeted with a smile and a nice welcome. They performed my oil change in less then 20 minutes, checked the mileage and indicated the tires need to be changed, they are about 5 years old,, but did not peer pressure me. The gentleman that did the service was on the job, no messing around straight away to the task at hand.... As a United States Army Veteran I see many places that stat”I support out troops” but Jiffy Lube, not only stated it they put it into action, to that, I salute Jiffy Lube for their commitment to actually supporting the troops!!!!!!!

I had a nice experience with this Jiffy Lube changing my oil. The tech was so friendly and showed me everything they did. Checked all the fluids and made sure they were full.
