I recently went to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection, and the entire process was seamless. The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I pulled into the service bay. They got started right away and made sure to explain the inspection process, which put me at ease. What really stood out was how efficient they were—my car was inspected thoroughly but quickly, saving me time while still ensuring everything was done properly. They checked all the required components, like emissions, brakes, and lights, and even gave me a heads-up about upcoming maintenance I might need without pressuring me into any additional services. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the inspection. Before I knew it, I had my passing inspection sticker and was back on the road. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube for state inspections. Their team is knowledgeable, courteous, and gets the job done with no hassle. I’ll definitely return for future inspections and services.

I had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! From the moment I drove in, the staff was welcoming and efficient. They quickly got to work on my oil change, and I was in and out in no time. The technicians were friendly and took the time to explain the services I needed without being pushy. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. I also appreciated the extra services they offered, like checking my tires and fluids. Overall, great service, fast turnaround, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!

3rd time here and it’s always well over an hour to get an oil change, I had a $20 coupon and I still ended up paying $90 ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend

Any time I've been to Jiffy Lube I've always been assisted with excellent customer service. About a year ago I came in for some new spark plugs and coils. It was taken care of promptly. Recently my engine light came on so I went and got the codes read and went to back to Jiffy Lube to see what can be done since the parts were under warranty. And management went out of her way to assist me. But still was having problems. So I took my car to my mechanic and he took a look at my car and came back to tell me that the spark plugs were loose and the spark plugs haven't been torqued. It was horrible. And it was even horrible knowing id literally paid out the butt for crap work done.

From the moment I drove up, someone was already to my car and he was awesome! Great customer service at this place and my technician Adrian was helping me out beyond expectations which compelled me to leave this review. Never been here before, but I know where I’m going from now on.

Just wanted to express my appreciation to the employees at Jiffy Lube on Kenworthy, for the professionalism they showed my family members in to different occasions this month (9/24) my wife went in for an oil change and my grandson (he went in for a vechical inspection). I'm usually the one who does these errands, but it was a first for my grandson as an adult so he wasn't sure of what to do, so after a lil coaching, off he went, came back expressing how easy it was and how well they treated him. As for my wife, she felt they would try to sell her things she wouldn't really need. After I explained they would make suggestions but would not pushy, she returned home very happy with the way she was treated. They explained to her procedure, she said she felt more at ease and was happy with the professionalism they showed her. So to all the employees at Jiffy Lube thank you, and keep up the great work you all did and do. On the even brighter side, you may have helped me by removing one less job I have to do in the future. 😁 I stop in at Jiffy Lube on Kenworthy to get vehicle inspection for registration, A Big thanks to Gio for attending me upon my arrival, he was very friendly and professional. In fact the whole crew were friendly and professional, Customer service is outstanding. Keep up the great work. Gio hope to see you and crew on my next visit.

Needed an inspection and was coming in late from work, Ruby offered to help me out even though she was already done with her shift that afternoon so she willingly saved me the trouble of having to come back another day not knowing when my schedule would allow me to make it! Super friendly staff and very clean waiting room inside! Definitely will keep coming to this location! Coffee and cold water available while I was waiting 😊

They were great, helped us with our inspection, once again the people of El Paso and the places of business are the best, I highly recommend Jiffy Lube on Kenworthy Drive, they also did my husbands breaks last year. Ruby is the best.

This is place, and SPECIFICALLY this location (Kenworthy, EPTX) is my car-service location of choice!! The techs are AMAZING and their service is great and prices reasonable! Best example is TODAY!! I took my truck for Emissions testing and was surprised when the tech told me it was FREE!! This Jiffylube location is the "disneyworld" of car repair! 😆

It was very quick fast and easy. They came to the door after I parked I didn't even need to get out and they were very friendly. I felt very comfortable and they made the experience very pleasant. They offered water or coffee and it was very clean inside. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
