Needed an inspection and came here since it was closest to my house. Walked in and was told there were 2 cars ahead of me so I had a seat and waited. Somebody else came in for an inspection and they were told there were two cars ahead of them and it would be a 40 minute wait. Somebody else said they needed an oil change and inspection and they got seen almost immediately. Guess if you also need an oil change then there's no wait for getting an inspection 🤷‍♀️I waited for two hours before I decided to go somewhere else that did it in less than 20 minutes.

I had an interesting experience at a place I’ve always trusted for my car care. I arrived with my dog, only to be immediately told not to let him poop on the lawn. After that, I requested synthetic blend oil, at checkout I was informed that the warranty required full synthetic, leading to an unexpected upcharge. The problem? My car’s warranty had actually expired, something they would’ve known if they had bothered to ask. Complimentary windshield wiper fluid wasn’t added because they didn’t want the pipes to burst. Checking the weather there was not another below freezing day in the 10 day forecast. To make matters worse, I discovered that the work done underneath my car was unfinished when I started hearing scratching noises on the highway. When I took the car back to make sure everything was properly secured, I was greeted by two employees who stayed late to fix the issue. However, they didn’t apologize or even acknowledge the inconvenience. At this point, I’m not sure if I’ll return—there’s a lot to process.

Nothing but great things to say here. Adrian and his team are hands down the nicest and incredibly skilled people. I’m very fortunate that these guys are a half mile away from me. This will definitely be my go to spot.

They have a new manager since I was there last and things are much better and well run. Quick, efficient, friendly, helpful, organized. The new manager cares about customer satisfaction. Will definitely go back.

You come for a state inspection, they tell me its going to be 5-10 before they can help me and then another person comes out and says they cant do it until rhe next day. Ask to speak to a manager and he states that he was busy to address my concern.

Needed new windshield blades yesterday, Monday, December 16th, 2024, I was caught in a bad thunderstorm, and I pulled into the Jiffy Lube near my house on Granbury Road, not only did they assist me, but they took the time to go and pick up the blades from another location in the storm just for me. The Manager is always friendly, professional and exceptional. His entire team was equally professional and timely. I am super grateful for their incredible and fast service, sincerely, Brenda Murphy

They add a 7.99 "Shop supply fee"to my would change. The guy couldn't explained to me why they added it, other than just saying it's something new the shop charges. He told me a different price at the beginning of the transaction and then ended up being 10$ extra because of that fee. Inquire about this before agreeing to your final price.

Jiffy Lube has excellent customer service, both from the manager and the employees! They explain everything well about the car needs, check the vehicle, tell me if they need to do anything that the vehicle needs and the cost. I am very satisfied and happy with Jiffy Lube.

My wife went in there for a state inspection and the gentleman who attended her completely and utterly rude to her for no reason. I would not recommend this location at all.

Went in for a tire rotation and oil change, said they couldn’t do the tire rotation cause of a cross threaded lug and needed to be replaced. Went to local shop to fix the lug, no damage, lug and bolt were just fine.

This was the worst possible experience I've had at this location. They decided that they were no longer going to give a military discount. They didn't do the work required to do a complete oil change And I don't believe they actually changed my oil. They didn't check my filters. They didn't check my wiper blades. They didn't check my fluids. They didn't vacuum my car so I don't believe they did anything else. I pointed it out to the manager he said. Well, maybe it was overlooked while I said how could it be overlooked if you guys have checked off everything you did on this vehicle you didn't do anything. You didn't even check the air in my tires. My low pressure tail light was on when I left so I don't believe they actually did anything. I took pictures of my wiper blade that was actually hanging off the back of my car and I was going to have them replace it but they didn't say anything to me about it and when I went in the inside of my car wasn't vacuumed. It's dirt everywhere from earlier in the day. I went online to their site and spoke to someone to have the manager call me back. He never responded back. I filed a complaint 2 weeks went by. No one ever has ever responded. I want to see the video of them changing the oil of my car because they couldn't possibly have checked it because this vehicle has to be driven before it can give you an actual reading. They never did that of course. And the oil doesn't look like it's been changed so I'm just assuming they didn't do that either. I can't say 100%, that they didn't change my oil but I can say they they definitely charged me $20 more to do the oil change even though they did nothing. I would like to get this place a rating of negative five instead of one star but one star seems to be the only rating you can give. Keep in mind I've had my oil changed there several times and received a great experience. This was definitely not one and I don't believe they changed my oil until I see the video. Then I will believe it

I went in to attempt to get a state inspection done. The weird part is that there was no one attending the front desk and no one at the lobby. This site is probably more that one star, but to me it was max at one star. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came to attend to us (me and other customers). Hopefully other people have better experiences.

took my car in for a oil change and state inspection which it passed. a week later my engine is knocking. I took it to the dealership my engine oil was dark and had metal shavings. jiffy lube never took responsibility of it.
