Went in for a tire rotation and oil change, said they couldn’t do the tire rotation cause of a cross threaded lug and needed to be replaced. Went to local shop to fix the lug, no damage, lug and bolt were just fine.

Jiffy Lube has excellent customer service, both from the manager and the employees! They explain everything well about the car needs, check the vehicle, tell me if they need to do anything that the vehicle needs and the cost. I am very satisfied and happy with Jiffy Lube.

My wife went in there for a state inspection and the gentleman who attended her completely and utterly rude to her for no reason. I would not recommend this location at all.

I went in to attempt to get a state inspection done. The weird part is that there was no one attending the front desk and no one at the lobby. This site is probably more that one star, but to me it was max at one star. I waited for 5 minutes and no one came to attend to us (me and other customers). Hopefully other people have better experiences.

All the staff at the summercreek location are amazing I needed a oil pressure switch which was all day thing these guys got it done within hours now my engine light off and I’m happy customer I wanna thank god for putting me and Adrian in the same place at the right time thank you brother and thank all the staff it’s a wonderful place.

took my car in for a oil change and state inspection which it passed. a week later my engine is knocking. I took it to the dealership my engine oil was dark and had metal shavings. jiffy lube never took responsibility of it.

Biggest Rip Off EVER. My son went for an oil change. THEY CHARGED HIM $159 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! HE CALLED AND ASKED ME FOR $90 DOLLARS WHICH I THOUGHT WAS A LITTLE HIGH BUT I UNDERSTAND I HAVE AN AUDI SO I WAS OKAY WITH THAT. THEN HE CALLED AND ASKED FOR 2 DOLLARS. I SAID FOR WHAT? THEN ASKED FOR THE TOTAL COST AND HE SAID $159! I SAID ABSOLUTLEY NOT!. THEY JUST TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A YOUNG COLLEGE KID. UNFORTUNATLY THEY ALREADY DID THE OIL CHANGE WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I CALLED AUDI OF FORT WORTH DEALERSHIP TO ASK THEM THE COST OF AN OIL CHANGE ON MY CAR AND THEY SAID $69! THATS HOW MUCH JIFFY LUBE IS RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS. NEVER AGAIN WILL ANY OF US TAKE OUR VEHICLE BACK TO JIFFY LUBE

Everyone was helpful and friendly which was amazing, but my issue was i waited over an hour just for an oil change and i asked 2 separate technicians to put air in my tires and even asked if it was a charge and I was told it’s free no worries theyll air me up. So after over an hour of waiting I have my oil change completed, but no air put in my tires and I had to leave immediately to make it to my childrens school on time. All this to say I ended up having to pay at an air pump for something I had asked and been told I would receive there. Again, they were all very friendly and professional but for a wait that long I feel air could’ve definitely been done. Thank you guys for all your help and continue the good work, maybe just a bit more organization would help these little moments not slip through the cracks

Great service, clean facility! This was my first time at this location because I normally go to Take5. They were unable to do my safety inspection so I came to Jiffy lube. I'll be back to this location for sure. They honor those who served in the military and the prices are very reasonable. SN: thanks for the water but add fruit snacks for the kids! Update: second visit here. and the customer service was still great. However after getting on the highway I could see my hood shaking. Turns out my hood was not properly closed. This could have caused a major accident or death. I am very disappointed and grateful that my hood didn’t fly up.

I recently moved to this side of town, and my wife and I decided to take our SUVs here for service. I went online to check the services they offer and noticed I could complete an estimate online, so the store would know what I needed in advance, streamlining the process when I arrived. It only took five minutes, though it did require me to get the VIN. I was only getting an oil change, but I wanted it to be quick since I was on my lunch break between teaching classes. I filled out the online form, and my estimate was emailed to the store. I arrived at the location around 12:40. There was no one in the waiting room, so I went outside to get an employee's attention. The first gentleman I spoke with said I needed to talk to the manager. I walked inside, but no one was there except for an elderly woman waiting for her car. I walked back out again and asked who the manager was. A different employee asked what I needed. I said I wanted an oil change, and he said "okay" and asked for my keys. I asked how long it would take, and he said 15 minutes. I agreed and handed over my keys, but he didn’t take any of my information. I thought that was odd, but I assumed they had my online estimate, which listed the services I requested. I live only five minutes away, so I went home to eat. While there, I called the location twice to check on my vehicle. The phone rang for a minute or so each time, but no one answered. When I returned, my vehicle still hadn’t been serviced. I was frustrated by the lack of professionalism, especially since I needed to be back on campus to teach. At this point, the situation could have been resolved with simple understanding and clear communication. Instead, the manager spoke to me condescendingly, took no responsibility for the mishap, and was rude. He even bumped into me as I paced in the service room, which was completely unnecessary. I've never had such an unpleasant altercation. I've lived all over the world and pride myself on clear communication and treating people with respect. I will never visit a Jiffy Lube again. While my feelings were hurt, the worst part is that now my SUV makes a noise when I turn on the AC. The AC had never given me any trouble for the first 75,000 miles, and now I have to take it somewhere else for repairs. It’s pretty ridiculous.

Jiffy Lube is excellent and the mechanics at his location are what make it that way. The manager had great communication with me about my car. The shop and waiting area were very clean. They offer complimentary water and there is a cool massage chair that did wonders for my back. I highly recommend this location.

Lousy customer service. I went in to get a state inspection and was told there was only one car in front of me. I waited for over 40 minutes and still hadn't been taken care of. There seemed to be no sense of urgency with the employees doing inspections. They even took another car before me. I cut my losses and left, never to return. I would not recommend this place.

At 76, I have had a lot of oil changes, but..... I have never been so impressed by professionalism, attention to detail and reasonable prices. Don't waste you time going anywhere else.

Oil change went fine but they failed to top off fluids (indicator light was on) and check tire pressure (indicator light was on) though on the receipt they stated that it was done. Pencil whipping the small things makes me wonder if they even changed my oil correctly.
