Absolutely appalled at the reservice I just received at this location. Brought car in to see if I could get transmission fluid changed and was told they could not complete because car needed special transmission fluid. Another employee came over immediately after and told me they could special order it and have it here today. It was getting towards the end of the day, so I called up to ask if my car was ready because I had not heard from anyone. They told me they forgot to call but that they could not change my transmission fluid in my car has just been sitting there all day. When I explained I was upset because I have two small children and have arranged carpooling plans with my husband to they shrugged it off. A day wasted thinking my car was receiving a service with zero communication and professionalism.

I came in for a car inspection. I havent had good experience woth several Jiffy Lubes over the years, but this one was great. The young men working there were super kind and helpful, and one guy even talked with me & another customer (who was crocheting during her wait time)... about crocheting. 😊 It was a very pleasant experience.

I recently visited the Jiffy Lube on 114 for a state vehicle inspection, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The staff was professional and efficient, but what really stood out was the superior customer service provided by Tandi A. She welcomed me warmly as soon as I arrived, making me feel right at home. Tandi was incredibly kind and thorough, patiently answering my questions and explaining each step of the inspection process. It was clear that she takes great pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers. The entire inspection process was quick, yet I never felt rushed, and Tandi made sure I was comfortable throughout. Pulled up 9 minutes before closing. Instead of turning me away they did my oil change, in which made them close about 10 minutes after closing. They all had good attitudes and did the oil change quickly!

Today was the 1st time going to the Champion location. The staff were ready to work when they opened. Did a great job getting things done and not taking longer than most should expect. I highly recommend trying the Champion location.

I was turned away because they said my oil plug was leaking and they would not service my car. I went to take 5 instead and got serviced right away

I would not bring your car here!! For one everything is overpriced they try to sell u a $60 air filter they don’t even offer to knock the price down until you say something about the price that alone just shows you the person that comes in to sell you stuff makes money off of what you buy and honestly I don’t know who runs the place but they are terrible all the employees joke and cuss non stop while there are children in the lobby their very unprofessional It took over a hour just to get a oil change when their were 4 cars This business is terrible their unprofessional they didn’t even change the oil filter on my car and they sell you things you don’t need If they ever tell you that you’re car needs the brake fluid flushed just remember flushing the brake fluid is the most useless thing you can do to a car it does not help in any way shape or form Honestly this shop needs to be restaffed immediately You’re best take you’re car to a real mechanic rather than jiffy lube they are to worried about money rather than the customer AND DO NOT GIVE YOURE INFORMATION TO THEM

I’ll start by saying they were nice and they did the right thing, but they stripped one of my lug nuts so that had to be replaced. Then the next day I was cleaning the car, and the wheel locks were loose. What should have been a 30 minute service, turned into 3+ hours. Won’t be going back here, but for everyone to know, double check the service you get here.

Went in for an oil change and immediately went right back out. Not sure who the kid is with the long blonde hair, but he shouldn't be greeting customers. Rude and dismissive. Treated me like a burden. Not trusting my car to someone like that.

I had a nail in my back left tire, So I took my tire to Jiffy Lube. The representative checked out the tire to see if it was not too damaged, where it couldn’t be fixed. Since it was fixable, He plugged the hole. And I was good to go . Thanks.

This experience was actually a zero. I came for a simple oil change and the mechanics did not put oil in my car and let me drive off without it. I'm not a car person and fail to see how this is possible but my car went into safe mode within a week or so and found out there was no oil in the car. Low standards. And, I already did reach out to Chris Newman still waiting to get my refund.

this place used to be my go to place for oil change, brakes, filters etc. just because it is close to my house and would like to support local business. i called for state inspection and i was told there are 3 cars on line and i went there, state inspection line had only 1 car, so i sat next to that. i waited in car and none rep showed up. i went in and one rep rudely asked insurance, which i showed. then i told me to wait for an hour as all the vehicles in other lanes are also waiting for state inspection, which certainly seemed incorrect (i talked to one car owner who was waiting for brake). very disappointed. not going to go back this place instead going to drive a bit to place where they want our business.
