Tandi Allbrighr refused to provide a fluid check service based on the fact i was hooked to a trailer. Demanded i drop the trailer off around the corner just to check fluids. Started to drop the trailer and then she walked out and refused service. Told me they don't service vehicals with trailers and to go to another jiffy lube.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Find a local mechanic that you trust or a dealership service department for your vehicle. NOT these quick places, at the end of the day it's not worth it!! I unfortunately had come here a few times due to convenience, but this last time I came in December and got an oil change. They tried to suggest that I needed an engine filter and showed me a dirty one (even though my husband just changed mine a few days ago, so that was not my filter he showed me), they also told me I need my rear differential fluid flushed (when I have a FWD car so that's an enclosed system that should NEVER need that service done). On top of these shenanigans I just had my car serviced elsewhere, just shy of a month of this oil change, and the auto shop showed me the oil (which was disgusting, dirty, and old in appearance) and said that it did NOT appear to have been changed recently at all. I made sure to ask and allow there to be a benefit of the doubt for Jiffy Lube, could this have happened if there was an issue to cause such dirty and grimy oil that quickly... he said No, not to that extent. So if you'd like to not get lied to, taken advantage of, or manipulated into services you don't need... do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've been using this location for a year now and have spent $1,100 over 10 services. The last 2 time that they've rotated my tires they have left a lug nut (that happens to be a locking lug nut...both times) loose that has vibrated off. The first time, no big deal, mistakes happen right. While I did not mention the first time to the manager I did ask the tech to please be sure that all lug nuts are tight because last time they left one loose. Well they left one loose again. I did not go to, nor call, the manager immediately because I thought "if they'll rotate my tires for free this time we'll be square and I'll keep doing business with them. Well this morning when I went to talk to the manager she said that she would not give me a free rotation because it's not their fault. I did not respond well to that and said "Don't give me some Bull**** excuse". I shouldn't have said that. The manager said that I didn't need to speak like that, which she was right. Then told me to pay for my oil change and leave. While she was correct I should not have used that word, she still avoided responsibility for leaving a lug nut loose on two separate occasions. If the manager would have given me the $35 tire rotation for free I would have continued to do business with Jiff Lube, but since she would not even acknowledge that her team made a mistake I will take me business elsewhere.

Im leaving a two star review because oil changes are extremely over priced. They tried charging me $141 for an oil change, but they just so happened to have a discount coupon that brought it down to $115. (Imagine knowing that you’re over charging your clients that you have a hidden coupon just in case someone complaints) They also quoted me almost $600 for doing a tune up and $350 was going towards the 2 hour labor. Absolutely outrageous and disrespectful.

Regardless of the outcome, don’t set an appointment to do a job and then cancel when I come in For said appointment. If your mechanic doesn’t know what jobs he can and can’t do, I’m kinda glad you didn’t touch my car, but if you really did reach out to your DM and they turned it down I’m even moreso, because it tells me your DM isn’t trustworthy either. Next time you’re not sure, say no at the outset. No I can handle. Getting my time wasted does to me EXACTLY what it does to you and everyone else. Just don’t do it.

Stopped by for vehicle inspection without an appointment. Did not even wait five minutes before my car was brought into the bay. In less than fifteen minutes I was done and out the door. Thank you Dylan and Trevor for the exceptional service.

This Jiffy lube is one of the most inefficient teams I’ve seen. I was second in line and was at the store for almost 2 hours. Needs leadership.

Absolutely appalled at the reservice I just received at this location. Brought car in to see if I could get transmission fluid changed and was told they could not complete because car needed special transmission fluid. Another employee came over immediately after and told me they could special order it and have it here today. It was getting towards the end of the day, so I called up to ask if my car was ready because I had not heard from anyone. They told me they forgot to call but that they could not change my transmission fluid in my car has just been sitting there all day. When I explained I was upset because I have two small children and have arranged carpooling plans with my husband to they shrugged it off. A day wasted thinking my car was receiving a service with zero communication and professionalism.

I came in for a car inspection. I havent had good experience woth several Jiffy Lubes over the years, but this one was great. The young men working there were super kind and helpful, and one guy even talked with me & another customer (who was crocheting during her wait time)... about crocheting. 😊 It was a very pleasant experience.

Sending emails to get things resolved is a waste of time. Poor service, poor customer service and management. Nevertheless, they will take one's hard earn money without following through on what they said they will do.

Terrible Experience! We took our car in to get the brakes done, and after the work was completed, our car started squeaking every time we backed out. I spoke with the manager, and she claimed that the squeaking was normal in the mornings after the car had been sitting overnight. However, I explained that the squeaking continued even while running errands, and she still said it was normal! I pointed out that the car never squeaked before bringing it in, but she refused to offer a refund. We paid over $1,000 for the service. She agreed to replace the brakes again, but the squeaking persisted. In the end, she said there was nothing they could do about it. DO NOT take your car to this place!

This place needs to be sued, I paid over $900 for brakes , my car never made any noise prior & after jiffy lube done with the car it squeaks non stop when im backing up or braking. To make matters worse , when I picked up the car their employees went through all of my wife's and I glove box and leaving all of important documents with sensitive info all over the floor, the car seat , and their manager said due to the incident she can't give a little discount to not go and complain. I decided to finally take the car to my lexus dealership to see if the breaks were done properly, after their consultation, they advised to either go get a refund or they should redo the breaks over because they're using after market breaks and they're not the best quality at all. I returned to jiffy lube, the moment I pulled up the manager lady came out , didn't give me a chance to explain and said to either leave the property or she's calling the cops. If you're a customer, not only you're being over charged , they're running a scam and taking people hard working money. I hope this raise lots of red flags for them to be investigated. They are surely running a scam

Pulled up 9 minutes before closing. Instead of turning me away they did my oil change, in which made them close about 10 minutes after closing. They all had good attitudes and did the oil change quickly!
