Could you make sure all the work is done? They missed replacing a cabin air filter that I was charged for and handed my keys, saying that it had been done. When I got to the car, the new filter was on my passenger seat and had not been replaced. They did fix it when I brought it to their attention, but I should not have to supervise their work. I'm the customer.

Fast, and they take generous coupon offerings, they will definitely try to upsell services but are not overly aggressive.

I've been here 3 times , 2 inspections , 1 oil change. All 3 times they were quick, and friendly. They are a pleasure to deal with.

Went to Jiffy Lube today to get my car inspected. Service and attention to customers were great. My biggest concern is that there were no water cups or water for the entire staff to drink! I asked multiple employees about the water and water cups just to find out it's NOT available. We are in Texas it's HOT employees should have access at work for water especially when working in the heat. Please fix this asap! Jiffy Lube makes too much money to NOT provide basic essentials like water to their employees.

Everytime I go to this location the store is always very clean and the workers always have a smile especially gage he’s been very helpful with today’s service got me in and out with in 15 minutes

Good but seemed very expensive for oil change on F250 with T4 Rotella. $241 most I've ever paid for an oil change.

Cost was above average. Service was typical time, and employees were of typical help. Advice on additional services seemed ridiculous. I think all in, I was only at the place 30 minutes. (That included a 10 minute wait for the vehicle ahead of me). I think mentioning a flush at 60k is a joke, but I was told that I could "really benefit" from one. Costed $104 for full synthetic in a 2018 Honda Accord.

Terrible! I went yesterday to get my state inspection done and “The inspector was helping other people” so I was asked to wait. No big deal… but 45 minutes later I was told I would not be able to get it done because the inspector wasn’t feeling well and was going home. They said come back tomorrow and we’ll do it for free. I show up the next day just to be turned away cause there was no state inspector there. No offer for resolution, just said they couldn’t do it. Never going there again.

They had a no wait 15 min oil change sign outside on the curb. I pull in and had to wait lol no biggie. I asked the lady who pulled me in if they could also check my brakes. Of course once you in there they find something else. Uh ma’am your air filter needs to be replaced and at 100,000 miles your radiator needs to be flushed.. I’m like ok fine do all of that as long as my squeaky brakes get checked. I go in bc u can’t be in your car while they perform the radiator flush and again I say can you make sure my brakes get checked. So now I’ve asked 2 different people and one person twice. They come in with the bill I ask has my brakes been checked? The guy looks at me with an attitude and says no no one told me to do that. The lady whom I originally told said she told them twice. At this point I’m just ready to pay and leave. Guess I’ll take it to brakes plus Monday.

Be careful going to this location because they will charge you for things you said not to do such as changing to more expensive oil, Wipers, cabin filter. Etc. without asking you even tho you just told them what you wanted and no other changes.

*followup* they asked I contact them from below response. I sent in information two weeks ago and they have not responded. I literally called and asked if they had had an inspectora d they said he’d be there there till 5. I said I’d be there in 10 minutes as I was driving there. As soon as I pulled in at 4 they said he left and to come back tomorrow. This is after leaving a different jiffy lube who we normally use whose inspection machine has been down for two days. It’s like they don’t actually like loyal customers ffs. It takes a lot of get me pissed but come on I really hate when my time is wasted.

2 years ago when I went to this Jiffy Lube they left my splash guard off and when I went back they left a bolt out when they installed it but this time when I went back to get my oil change they seem to have a whole new crew and they did a excellent job I will go back to them again

I had them check the air pressure in my tires and tell me what it would take to get my timing belt changed. They seemed very friendly.

I requested full synthetic 0w-20 ( face to face). When I got home and saw the invoice, I saw they put in 5w-20, without asking or informing me of the substitution. I verified with them during a subsequent phone call that they did have 0w-20 in stock, so I don't know why they decided not to use the weight I requested without telling me, especially since the reminder sticker on the windshield from the dealer also said 0w-20. They refused to replace it with my requested weight. I understand mistakes happen, but when they refuse to make it right it says a lot about how they do business. I won't be coming back.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to come tell us we were to bring our vehicle to the back. (There were no signs stating that.) Then to be told that their technician left for lunch. (While we were waiting for service, apparently.) We waited nearby for him to return only to be told that he was now busy with something "more important" than my needs. The funny thing is, when my husband brought my vehicle for the same thing the year before, they did not treat him this way. The office was clean, and one technician was kind instead of rude, or it would be one or less stars. We won't be returning.
