They do not specify hours are different depending on what services you want or specify tech lunch hours for those services, even after you call for information!

June 27, 2024 Great service from Eric today . He went above and beyond for us and had excellent customer service. Thank you for your help! June 27, 2024 Update - Brandy and Miguel were also very helpful on getting us new tires. We ended up getting an oil change, new filters, and all new tires. Everyone in their shop was working hard and very professional. We really appreciate the small details that made our experience very pleasant. Great job everyone and the weather was 100 degrees outside. AMAZING JOB!!!!

Ill never go back after they left screws out of a cover that needed to be removed to change oil. It hung down due to miss8ng screws i took it back and tried to blame us and refused to replace broken part as the covdr hung down due to missing screws. I had to contact to customer service and complain. Then the owner called the next day that they were ordering parts. And when i brought it back to get repaired the asst manager wanted to argue about what he told me when he refused to fixthe issue when i brought back the first time. I was taking 3 cars to them. But the final straw was when they said my wife hit something thats why the part was mangled. Cant trust a place that does business like this.. The customer service from corporate helped us. As we were told by the asst. Manager that they wernt going to do anything and then blame us.. Stay away not honest at all. Was a simple mistake im not mad about that but not owning up to it and forced to call corporate to get any help. They did order the parts from dealer and installed new c8ver and screws as they didnt put all the screws back in the part hung down far enough that it hit roadway then tried to say we hit something.. I liked going there before.. Customer service is non-existing at this location.. Sad to see it end that way.. Their choice not mine... Car was 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were great before but they showed their true colors. No calls or contact from anyone and they made my choice simple, find another place to do business..

I just want to say that about two weeks ago I was in and Anthony his coworkers went above and beyond to get my battery in. There were some pieces missing to hold the battery in place and they were able to to get those on and now everything works great! Thank you Yeamand especially Anthony 😊👍🏼again Jiffy

These guys made a mistake on my Uber inspection date and put 2023 instead of 2024, so I got kicked off the app for falsifying a document that ultimately was just a number mistake. While this was inconvenient and lame, the dude at the shop refunded the inspection and made it right. Thanks for the windshield wipers too boys, you guys are alright 👍. Thanks for doing the right thing when things went south. Good people
