Great customer service ! I literally scratched a scratcher...watched a girl do a pee pee dance waiting for the restroom...and I was done ..my oil was changed ...they checked all my car stuff...my tires were set to the proper inflation ...my window juice was filled ...and I was on my way ....5 stars ...reccomend ...bring pizza ...they deserve it !!

I had an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube location. Joe and Kalvin were super helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions and even shared some tips to keep my high mileage truck in tip-top shape. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied. This is what Customer Service is all about.

They know what they are doing... they use good quality oil in my opinion, and they move vehicles through quickly without cutting corners. I like how you can watch them work. My tech literally checked the oil level 3 times over several minutes after filling before closing the hood to ensure the gauge was reading correctly. It's the correct way

I went in to Jiffy Lube this morning for an oil change. They met me right away and we discusses what I wanted and options for other services and prices. We settled on the service and my car was next up. Everyone was very pleasant and I was happy with the prices. I will be going back

Worst place to work at. My husband worked for them back in 2008 and finally left after four years of being mistreated (his last year). They will give you a low performance review and pay the new employees more when you were the one who trained them. You work so hard and never missed a day of work just to be taken advantage of. Manager during that time was all about putting their own kind of people at the top. There’s no equality and fairness. Hopefully all that has change by now but I’d still recommend people not to work here.

Got my HRV inspected for Uber at Jiffy Lube on Blackstone Avenue and Sagina. The techs ..were knowledgeable and efficient and worked quickly as they performed the necessary functions required by the State of California. Everything went well.
