Esta gente tiene que desaparecer del mercado, en cualquier cambio de aceite es la mitad de lo que ellos cobran y por chequear el aceite del freno me cobraron el doble de lo que cobran el aceite, esta gente pronto va a cerrar

On January 9th, I went to get the oil and filter changed. The only "polite and friendly" person was the guy who registered the car and gave me my details (it was the first time, and the last, that the service was done at this location). The rest of the staff was very rude. I agree that the vehicle should be completely checked, but an upset man came to criticize the condition of the brakes on my car. According to this person, my car no longer had brakes. There are ways to sell your service, and there are ways to do them. The person in charge of collecting the money is also very rude. Now that I read the comments, I doubt that the oil and filter change was done in its entirety because it was very fast... and "I'm going to pay." I'm not going back!!!

Where do I start? Upon my arrival, I was greeted and asked what service I wanted? I said "just an oil change" drove inside and let my car, went into the waiting area, after about 25 minutes or so I was told "you can pay now" my total was 120, for surprisingly just an oil change and an oil filter, upon asking if a Military Discount was offered i was with with a "nah we dont" needles to say i was quite shocked by the way I got told that, then I went ahead and researched the price for the oil and filter, an oil filter at Walmart is roughly $12, and the Penzoil oil 0W20 5 Quarter is $26, so I'm failing ti see how 2 things done to my vehicle totaled $120, also I had 2 stickers, makes you wonder, and to add icing on the cake and salt to the wound, came to find out the cabin air filter got checked but it wasn't needed to check, yet glove compartment door(or whatever is called) was left down? Yeah no, ill rather do my oil change somewhere else that I'll be treated with a bit more respect

Amarga experiencia en ese lugar súper desagradable el asistente de manager mala forma casi me botaron de allí porque estaba reclamando que me cobraron 150 dólares por un cambio de aceite no los recomiendo para nada pésimo servicio me hicieron el cambio dos veces porque se equivocaron de aceite aquí les dejo una foto para que vean que es verdad

Me dejaron el carro con un cuarto de aceite menos y el manager me trató con arrogancia y no quiso completar el aceite que faltaba, otro de los empleados me dijo que podía ir a otro lugar si no me gustaba la manera en que ellos te trataban.

PLEASE BEWARE, these people are scammers. I went in for an oil change and they wanted to charge me $90 even with already having the new oil and oil filter with me. I was in desperate need of the oil change so I agreed. I went inside to pay while they were inspecting my car and the mechanic came and said that I was in dire need of 2 back brake pads. I asked for the price and he said that the clerk working at the front would tell me. After waiting a while, they verbally gave me an estimate of roughly $1500. This price was to cover the oil change, brake pads, and refilling all my car liquids. They heavily pushed for the service because they claimed it was unsafe to take the car out in the state that it was, although the car is very well taken care of. I was in shock due to the price and was in a bad state of mind due to a very recent death in the family, so I hesitantly agreed to sign the easypay leasing agreement. Mind you, the clerk had covered EVERYTHING on the page except for the signature line. I was not able to see what they were charging me for every individual service before signing. After 5-10 minutes, I felt instant regret as I did not have the funds for this. I begged them to cancel the work they were going to do to my car, and the clerk refused and kept claiming that they were already performing the services on the car, when they clearly weren’t, as the window to the shop was right next to me and they hadn’t touched my vehicle at all at the time of this request. I was on the verge of a panic attack when my wife came into the shop asking for the itemized bill, which they repeatedly REFUSED to provide until she had threatened to call the police. Afterwards, they reluctantly gave her the bill, and I was completely overcharged for services that I did not ask for. Instead of only the 2 back brake pads that I supposedly needed, they charged me for all 4 brake pads and the rotors (which were not in need of replacement) at a whopping $250 for each. Every single fluid on my car was also replaced when I had absolutely no need of replacing them, and not only that, they were all completely overfilled, leading to a check engine light 2 days after! I needed to take the car to another mechanic to have them extract the overfilled fluids. Remember earlier how I said I went for an oil change? I checked the oil when I got home just to realize that the oil was even darker than it was before! They NEVER EVEN DID the oil change and kept my items that I had provided. I now have to rebuy everything and do the oil change at my new mechanic because of these SCAMMERS stealing the items that I had purchased on my own and provided to them to do a service that they never did, but made SURE they charged me heavily for. Talking to the manager solved absolutely nothing. He was extremely rude and disrespectful just as the store clerk was. They treated my wife like complete garbage, even repeatedly INSULTING her after she was just sitting in the waiting room in silence, having them give the excuse that “I had signed the paperwork” knowing that they covered up everything, and taking advantage of my state of mind from the death in my family. I was LIED to, OVERCHARGED, taken ADVANTAGE of, SCAMMED, INSULTED, and ROBBED of my money. The services weren’t done correctly, my car had a check engine light just 2 days after, and it turns out that the excess motor oil that was overfilled managed to ruin my cars purge valve, causing me to spend an additional $100 plus labor costs to fix their own negligence ONTOP OF the $1500 bill that they were so insistent on having me sign. I have been calling corporate every day since 10/8/24 and I have not gotten any calls back regarding my case and nothing has been done. The most I’ve gotten was one of the agents claiming that it looks like they denied my refund but they were unsure. If nothing gets resolved, I will be reporting this location to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal action against Jiffy Lube. DO NOT let them SCAM you and RUIN your car. I IMPLORE you to please go anywhere else but here.

Para mi ,el peor lugar para llevar tu carro,pague por un cambio de aceite, y cambio del filtro del aire acondicionado y rotación de las 4 gomas,y lo único que me hicieron fue el cambio de aceite. Para mi es una estafa con los clientes, porq te cobran por servicios q no hacen.

I was there earlier this year and forgot to leave my review. Shame. Needless to say, I will not go back there again! I went for a regular oil change. My car is a small kia Sorento (4 cylinder). The men there took advantage that I'm female and charged me over 200 for an oil change! I never asked for the most expensive oil, but they decided to do whatever they felt like. also, they added new windshield wipers! The guy said that I didn't ask for what I wanted correctly. I was so upset but too busy and in a rush to fight and argue with a bunch of COWARDS!

Lleve mi camión a hacerle el cambio de aceite se varo al lado del taller, apenas salí, llamo a mi mecánico de confianza y me dice que el camión no tiene aceite, que se le fundió el motor, voy al otro día a pedir las cámaras y esperé casi 2 horas y me dijeron que volviera más tarde, este tipo de compañías no deberían existir!!! Me voy a ir hast las últimas estancias así gasté en abogados, pero eso no se hace!!!
