Awesome experience with Jesus and John! They were funny and personable. Jesus was very detailed throughout the time they were servicing my car. Came back just to edit my original review and say that the service at this location by Jesus is AMAZING. The team is also great. Very detailed and attentive.

I have been to plenty jiffy lubes but this experience was different. Everyone was very attentive and worked as a team as the cars came in! Jesus and Brandon not only did a great job with the service, they went above and beyond to check my car in its entirety after I expressed my concerns with certain issues I had since purchasing the car. They were able to identify what the issue was! I felt a sense of relief. Most men in business take advantage of women to try and obtain more money. I felt comfortable with the experience Jesus and Brandon. Marta and Eloy made sure I was satisfied with the service I received. They even expressed empathy for the long wait and offered coffee and a coupon for the inconvenience. Overall great experience! 10 out of 10!

Had a fantastic experience at Jiffy Lube! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I came in for an oil change, and they had me in and out in no time. They also took the time to check my tire pressure and top off all the fluids without me even asking. The service was thorough, and the prices were very reasonable.

The price for full synthetic oil change has gone up $30!!! They have a large banner in front of the location advertising $20 off any oil change, but I had to remind them. He redid the bill. My last trip to this location that are trying to pull a fast one.

the coupon said the price was 34.99 but without any extras and the coupon it was still 47.24? i am confused, i was told the 9.99 charge for oil disposal was why

Service and staff were good but they don’t tell you about the special offers/discounts available in order to save you some $ in the service. Is like they care mostly about upselling and charging you more for things you don’t need.

I received an oil change and brake fluid change. While I was aware of the pricing for the oil change (synthetic) I was never told what the pricing for what either of those services would be. Considering it was a synthetic and the most expensive, I would expect the cost to be presented prior to the service being finished. And again, no word on the cost for the break fluid neither. Instead I was just handed an invoice to pay. If you are going to perform a service, be upfront with client on cost before hand.
