I’ve been coming here for over a year now and it’s been alright. Went a couple of weeks ago and had them service my vehicle and do a routine oil change. Once completed they drive my vehicle out of the bay and oil is leaking everywhere from a loose filter. They pull it back into the bay, tighten the filter and top the oil back up. 3 weeks later I leave a body shop to replace my brake-pads and they notify me that the dip stick is showing NO OIL. I’ve been driving my vehicle without adequate oil levels for weeks! This level of carelessness is unacceptable and put me at extreme risk. I will not be coming here again.

Been going here to this location for 20 years, all our cars. Never dissapointed. I noticed some oil on my drive the other day and suspected a leak. Took it in and they replaced a leaky oil drain plug and topped my oil up free of charge.

Went to get oil changed. It was an in and out process that took less than 15 mins compared to sitting at a dealership for 1.5 hours. Would go again

So I came for an inspection. The guy continued to try and upsell me. Would not approve my inspection until they replaced the left wiper. Which I could have replaced myself for 7.00. Was charged 40.00 for 1 wiper blade. Also was very short and rude. Will never return here. My inspection cost me 89.00

As part of the Jiffy Lube Oil Change Service, my vehicle was suppose to be vacuumed and windows suppose to be cleaned. The representatives vacuumed the floors of the front seat but failed to vacuumed the backseat area. And they failed to clean any of the windows of my vehicle.

I was hesitant to get an oil change from jiffy lube as the last time I went to another location it took over two hours! These guys took less than 15 min and provided a very pleasant customer service experience. Will only be going to this location from now on.

I will never go there. Customer service sucks and they overcharge me telling me it’s tax. I wouldn’t recommend that for anyone.

They were busy but kept working as a group to provide all their customers with outstanding service. I'm a great grandma and i felt i could trust them to only recommend what i actually needed. I came in for an oil change & they recommended both radiator and a brake fluid replacement. Plus 2 of my air filters. But they showed me why. I highly recommend this location!
