I went to get a state inspection. The staff was very patient with me because I couldn’t find my insurance information. They were quick and efficient. I will have to go here more often.

This Location is easy to get to, right off of I45. I've visited on multiple occasions for different issues and the CSA Ference B. is usually there. He's always professional, courteous, and patient with the customers. He's honest on the issues and upfront with the price, which I definitely appreciate.

Todo el personal excelente de los atoras 4084 y 3286, en los dos lugares me atendieron con una profesionalidad increíbles, las personas bilingües , ufff al 100% su profesionalidad y amabilidad, se los recomiendo por completo, he confiado mi auto fijamente al Jiffy Lube.

Having taken in my vehicle for an inspection upon opening (7:55 am.), only to be told by the opening employee that he won't work unless his "crew" comes in. They arrived at 8:20 only to continously ignore me and talk amongst each other and other customers that arrived after me. I asked about the wait time and they just said for me to continue to wait. At 9:00 am, I just walk out without and inspection or any acknowledgement as they continued to ingore me. I went right over to Mr. Sticker and had the best customer service and experience. I will never return to this location and let everyone know to stay away until the owner replaces those employees that don't care about their job.

Muy mal trabajo hace 2 meses fui para hacerle servicio a mi troca el filtro de aceite se lo dejaron flojo y me mancho el concreto de mi casa y compartimento donde ba el filtro de aire de la cabina le perdieron 2 tornillos y supuestamente le cambiaron frenos y discos y ahorita del lado izquierdo frontal el disco esta totalmente rallado y truena al momento de dar vuelta muy mal trabajo. Si puede agalo ustedes o busquen un mejor taller 😡😡😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👐

Be prepared to wait for hours!!!! It could be the simplest thing you have to do like change the coolant. They will keep you waiting forever!!!!!

Terrance and Wendel were amazing service representatives. I had a bad experience somewhere else before I came to Jiffy lube. When I got to Jiffy lube Terrance and Wendel were so nice and professional. They were knowledgeable about my vehicle and needs. Made me feel comfortable and at ease.
