I reviewed this place as 3 stars 5 years ago. Definitely won't be going back. Pulled in, all bays full, with 2 bays cars waiting. Someone flagged me to the bay that was open next. No one greeted me or asked what I wanted. There were 4 uniformed staff members standing on one bay laughing and what not. I saw 3 other staff actively working. After waiting about 15 min, the bay opened up. A person came up and said he was going to pull the car inside. I said "no one has even asked me what I'm here for". He then pointed and said "just go inside!" I then declined services and left. Horrible customer service and definitely won't trust my vehicle to them.

Every time I go here, they are so respectful and do everything they promise professionally. I went here to get my car registration after going 2 other places in the neighborhood. Those other 2 places said their "equipment was down". Yea right! Ha! Thk you to this place for doing a great job, always.

I called this morning to ask if they could help with something, they said yes. I took my car in and got that and additional stuff done. Got home and the original problem was not fixed. Everyone seems nice enough. But it's annoying to take the time to go and then spend extra time to have to go somewhere else to actually get it fixed. I will not be returning to jiffy lube in the future.

I went 10/18/2024. I arrived at 8:15 am. As soon as I arrived I went inside there were 2 people ahead of me so I stood in line. An employee I believe goes by Cooper (chubby black male with headset on his head) asks me what I was there for I tell him Brakes and he tells me to put the keys on the dash and wait. He proceeds to help the other clients in front. I waited for 3 almost 4 hours before he even attended to me. They finally checked my Jeep and gave me an estimate for the brakes. I explained I have a warranty and that maybe it will cover some of the cost of the repairs. They quoted me $883.22 for front caliber, brakes, and rotors. He gave me attitude because he did not want to call the warranty company so I called myself. Then I told "Cooper "I called the warranty company and they will cover the caliper. He said ok he will call them. I waited another hour before hearing anything else because I asked "Cooper" what is going on because it was already passed noon and nothing was being done to my Jeep. He got an attitude with me talking to me rudely in front of other customers as well when I got in my Jeep and drove off I noticed my Jeep was wobbling so I turned the corner and took it right back and they tried to blame another problem after I told them my Jeep never did that. They tightened the bolts and told me to call the manager on Saturday. The way I was treated and talked to that day I never want to go to that location and speak to anyone. If you don't believe what I'm saying is true go sit for 15 mins in that location and just observe how "Cooper" talks to everyone. When I was there I wasn't the only one getting talked to like that.

Took my car for the state inspection. The location is on Shepherd Dr. close to W. Gray. The crew is friendly, knowledgeable and always does explain all the procedures that are to be done.
