Just a waste of time here went in for an inspection and a lightbulb change for a license plate Took one hour and most of the time the workers were playing around, and the manager just sat There did not do nothing.

I needed my car inspected as as soon as i pulled up the employee doing inspections was very thorough and checked my lights and brake lights etc. he told me to leave him the keys give proof of insurance and led me to waiting area. i needed wiper blades to pass inspection which he gave me a discount on which was very nice. I felt the staff was very good well trained experienced and honest it took about 30 minutes they pulled my car out came in and explained what was done i paid and left happy not taken for any thing Thank you

Then tech that helped me walked up and asked for my insurance, no hello or how are you. I then said how are you today, he ignored me. Zero customer service skills.

10-15-24, 11:38 CT Today again Thomas Scott (Manager), Caesar, Stephen Cooper were all nice. They did fast and good job. My wait-time was negligible also. Many years ago I had tried to file complaint against this location. But, for last few years, I find this location #3308 excellent & worth 5 stars.

I wasn't going to say anything about my visit, but I guess I will. I have always had great service at this location. They must be doing something right because they are always from what I see is that they are either working on vehicles or trying to help other customers who are waiting in line to be helped. The staff and even the Managers are doing an all job. I am always pleased with them. That is why I come back Great job Jiffy lube.

My experience at this location was highly disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived to have my inspection done and was initially informed that the inspector was on a 30-minute lunch break. After waiting, I was then told the inspector had extended their break to one hour. This miscommunication wasted my time and reflects poorly on the management’s ability to provide accurate information to their customers. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone.
