The employees at Jiffylube on Ella are professional and they take care of your vehicle. I just wish the complementary coffee was back!

Brought my customer vehicle to get state inspection, and i dont know how, but it got hit backing it up on the left corner of the building. While it was getting inspected, i noticed it was the red plastics light broken, on the left rear of the vehicle. Then the inspector said, oh i think i did it ... but that because i discovered right away what happened, and i went outside looking for clues, wich i found it was recently done bybthe inspector while he was backing up. I tried to have this issue solved thru the inspector ,since he did it, he pays for it. But none answer from either him or his corporation" i run a mechanic shop and had it fix in a matter of 1 day, . But them as corporation see it as too hard to take care of simple stuff like this. Brought them an invoice cheaper than the original estimate an other person were charging and taking almost 4 days to get fix. I had to deliver back my customer vehicle and had to take care of the repair out of my pocket

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this Jiffy Lube location. The manager, Paul, was extremely rude from the moment drove up. I quickly reversed my car and went to TAKE 5, (10 minute drive) to get greats service. He clearly has zero interest in providing good customer service. I came in for a simple oil change, but Paul made it feel like I was a huge inconvenience. He acted like he had much better things to do than help a paying customer. Paul’s attitude was dismissive and condescending. It’s clear that he does not care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn’t trust them with my car ever again, and I definitely won’t be back. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where the staff actually values their customers!

I went to Jiffy for an inspection and must say I was delighted by the reception and service. I wasn’t even out of my car that a young man asked if he could help me and once it was established what I needed, it was 15 minutes later that the job was complete. I would highly recommend the services for anyone in need. I will be back there for my oil change! Thank you Jiffy Lube!

This Jiffy Lube on Ella Blvd, just south of 34th Street in Houston has gone away down hill. You don't get what you pay for. They are always cutting corners. After 30+ years with Jiffy Lube, it's time to move on.

First off all I went there for was a inspection. In about 10 minutes later they said I didn't have any coolant in my car. If I didn't have coolant I wouldn't have been able to drive here. Then she says my windshield wipers are bad and I need to replace them knowing that they drained my coolant so I couldn't leave. This place is a scam. PLEASE DON'T GO THERE!!!!!! SCAMMER ALERT

They tried to over sale me on things I did not need. 175 bucks later, I walked away confused. I will just go back to Honda directly. Jiffy Lube is a no/go.
