They are usually pretty fast about oil change but went in for brakes and they told me 1 hr 30 min wait. So they scheduled me for 12:30 pm at 11:30am. Also told me no military discounts on brakes cost is about 390$. They explained the wait is due to getting hands on the parts from auto zone. Looked it up auto zone is 7 min from the location. Not sure what all that goes behind getting parts so I get it. Once they got parts it took about 30 min. I was in there for 2 hr 30 min. So an extra hour. I feel when a company promises a time and can’t deliver they should do discounts especially on something so expensive like brakes that cost almost 400$. They could’ve just given me the military discount but I also don’t know what all goes behind that. Start with 5 stars, minus one for time of wait longer then expected and then minus another star for no discount for wait

Team did my oil change extremely quickly and they didn’t push to upsell any add ons. 4 stars because the coupon I had kept coming up expired in their system even though my email clearly said it was valid. Team member did a manual override. Also during check in the team member was unclear and mumbled making things awkward. Location should pivot to scanning VINs in the door for efficiency

Was told they could replace my thermostat on Tuesday, called on Friday to get an estimate. They told me I would get a call back with a quote. Called back 2 hours later and was told the mechanic left for the day and would not be back until Monday. No estimate, cannot do the work until he gets back. No good. Gotta drive to work on Monday. No repairs all weekend?? What kind of place is this? Simple oil changes only.

These guys are pretty good team and pretty quick. Only complaint I had was when they topped my coolant , they didn't close the cap until it locked and over the next day or two, I got a coolant alarm and had to top it off, thats when I discovered it. Other than that, pretty damn good!

You always know things will be great when Mitchell is there!!! I've been going there since that place opened about 10 years ago he greets me by Mr. Tsareff every time as well!!! We have and will continue to take all of our vehicles there for service!!!
