I always receive great service at this Jiffy Lube location. Everyone is very knowledgeable and shares good information for me to take care of my car. I have a 2012 KIA and only bring it to this Jiffy Lube or , of course, the dealership when necessary. I also brought company cars years ago to only this location.

The entire staff were great. I have an older vehicle and they were able to take care of a broken part with no problem. They went above and beyond when they replaced my outside mirror. I'll be going back every time I need an oil change.

As I expected, it was another EXCELLENT experience. I will remain a loyal customer forever The manager, Rick, says " I want your business not your money" and he means it. My vehicle will remain in good condition with the proper OEM maintenance performed. I will continue to be a loyal customer without the fear of being lied too. I was recently told by the competitor, Midas on Shadeland Avenue, my vehicle was in need of an engine replacement. This was told to me by the shop manager who listened to the engine and immediately told me to turn the vehicle off and not to drive it any further but to return it home as it was going to leave me on the side of the road 9 weeks later $6000 in debt due to a rental car purchased in order to continue to work I took my vehicle to another mechanic who instructed me that I had a bolt shared off in my alternator. I did not need a new engine. So I ask myself how many Midas mechanics does it take to diagnose a bolt replacement? My regret is that I didn't take it to Rick in the first place way to go team Jiffy Lube you Rock!

Had tires delivered to Jiffy Lube for installation. Great communication when tires arrived and very accommodating to get appointment scheduled. I planned on 60 minutes for installation, however it took nearly 2 hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced. The cost was very reasonable at $20/tire. Overall I am pleased and will use again….just need to plan accordingly.

This Jiffy Lube location is usually an affordable oil change with a coupon. However, they were quoting over $70 for a standard oil change. Despite use of coupons it was over $101. I don't think I will ever go back.

Absolutely poor experience!! 10/18/24 I got my oil changed. Everything seemed to be running smoothly. They called my name to pay and brought my car around. As I got done paying I was handed my keys and headed out the front door where my car should have been. No, it was rolling out onto US 31 where traffic was pretty heavy!!! The person who brought my car around didn’t put it in park! Luckily, nobody hit my car nor was hurt. BUT the GM Richard Bartlett had apologized and gave me a 50% off next service.. I asked about a refund on the oil change I just paid for, and he said that since it didn’t get hit, he didn’t think I needed one. But gave me a card if I wanted to call and see if I would possibly get one. Absolutely ridiculous!! Highly DON’T recommend stopping here. Also the poor lady waiting along with me inside, stated she was going to wait outside because she didn’t want that happening to her vehicle.

Second time at this shop and I stayed in my car again, tired old sore bones kept me in the seat. This shop has a very tight game with spot checking each others work. Since this car is my main mode of transportation, I appreciate being able to check their process from my seat. Negative reviews always cause me pause when visiting ANY/ALL retail businesses. 5stars that are to short also put me on edge as well. This FIVE STAR REVIEW IS EELL DESERVED, perhaps because I stayed in my car, one never really knows except this was my second visit and these youngsters did Jiffy Lube ownership proud. I shall return, I will stay in my car while they do their thing. I will monitor their constant interactions with each other assuring that I, the customer, always gets PRRFECT TECHNICAL WORKMANSHIP. Thanks to you for hiring great people, strong customer service policies, protocols, annnnd being friendly during my visits. BRAVO ZULU (BZ) for job well done, stay the course for the customer.

Steve and the rest of the staff are great. They always take the time to explain what my car needs and why it is important, or what can wait another thousand miles or so. They charge reasonable prices and always have after work times open for appointments for longer service jobs. I’ve been going to them for a year now and they have been able to do everything from replace my battery, to headlights, to brakes. Friendly staff and clean customer restroom.

The US 31 location was able to get us in immediately, and service quickly including an air filter change and wiper blades. We were impressed with the service and the efficiency.

The manager Rick is awesome he changed my day. I was having a ruff day week with oil change prices that work for me. Rick over heard my situation in helped me out. I will also be a returning customer because of him.
