I had a coupon for an oil change that came with my next oil change free and they never honored that coupon. I have reached out to the store manager and to Stee e Stanner himself and never received a response. Don't put out coupons that you don't plan on honoring. And don't send me emails asking me to rate you and then not reply to my response. Bad business.

Great place. Team members really take care of each other. Only thing, they did not reset my oil life. Still says I need an oil change. Can I take it back and they do it?

It was almost closing time they welcomed me in with open arms. My car was overdue for service to the point of rough idle due to the fact that my job is an hour commute. Now I can grab lunch in the drive thru with my head held high no embarrassing rough idle!!!! Thank you Jiffy for your GREAT SERVICE and even GREATER STAFF!!!

I’ve used Jiffy for 30 plus years. The only problem I’ve ever encountered was they forgot to tighten the oil filter one time. Took it back and they took care of the van problem.

On Sunday called our Jiffy lube we have used for years asking if they flush the coolant system they said sure do. Apparently this was this techs first experience he needed assistance from a tech on the phone to walk him through.So what happened was two different antifreeze being left in my car to cause a contamination issue,heat stopped working, temperature gauge going off track! Took to a garage I deal with is how I found out of the contamination from Jiffy lube service that I payed $130.00 for! At this point waiting for final bill from garage and hoping do not need a motor? And feel that Jiffy lube should cover the cost.When I've received the final bill. And my car back. Reach out with any answers please . Ty long time customer Mitch

I found out Jiffy Lube can replace headlights. I went in and they checked it and found the bulb was good but another part was defective. They were able to order the part and quickly get it fixed for me. I am taking my daughters truck in next for faulty taillights.

I was impressed with how efficient the teams were when having my oil changed. It just demonstrates the great leadership at the West 10th Street Jiffy Lube location!
